Ah, crap. I came here to voice my support for the Miranda crowd too, just to see that penguin was faster. Damn you, penguin! You win this time!

Either way, I liked all the characters in ME2, and although Tali is my favorite, I'd also like to see Miranda in ME3, good luck to us all!

Doesn't have to be after the suicide, just after his loyalty mission it comes up eventually. Make sure to persue the investigate options.

Something dawned on me while I was working on my fic last night. (Warning: sensitive topic ahead) Miranda is just as much an abuse survivor as Jack. Jack's abuse was considerably more severe, but Miranda came in for some fairly heavy emotional abuse at the hands of her father. I think you can make a reasonable argument that her father was planning to "discard" her at the time she ran away. All things considered, I'm amazed she doesn't have more issues than she does.
