Yeah, gaming is a good fix for anything. And if that doesn't work this usually does:

Do any of you play femSheps occaisionally?

I went back to my femShep Infiltrator on the weekend and it strikes me how much the romance adds to Miranda's personality, and how much she loses when you play a femShep. Sure, all the things she talks about come up, and of course the loyalty mission scenes are as good as always, but I never really feel I get close to her. Apart from that scene with Oriana, she stays detached.

Which means, I would *really* like some more friendship conversations with characters in ME3. Not that this hasn't been said several times already, but it bears repeating.

Good morning

@bip78
Yes. And welcome. May I invite you into the Miranda support group? The link is in my sig.

Edit:
Only five members from 1000..... I can see a celebration coming not too far in the future :)

I'd very much like a friendship path. Would never play MaleShep again. And platonic love never gets the credit it's due.

The Morinth story has been scrapped to everyone's great relief except mine. Too many unfortunate implications.

Is it just me, or do I kill the thread more often than average?

No, it just seems you're active at time where nobody else is posting much. Just as I am.

BTW, you said you'd never play a maleShep again if there was a friendship path with Miranda. Why is that? I have fun playing both genders except for the romance part, where I think ME2 has nothing good to offer femSheps (not surprising since I consider "good" to include the necessary properties "human" and "interesting"), and you'd have similar problems with romances if you don't like Thane.

Mark Meer's Shep voice grates on my nerves, and Jennifer Hale is one of my favorite VAs ever (Jacob dialogue very much aside). Also, Kaidan.

OK, that's understandable. I also prefer Jennifer Hale's voice. Kaidan is OK, but neither is he much present in ME2, nor did ME1 make much of his potential. And I played his appearance on Horizon just yesterday for the first time - he delivers his lines much less convincing than Ashley.

ME2 has managed, between Miranda and the femShep (ME2) romance options, to make me avoid my usual preference - playing female Characters - almost completely.
