Hey fire. Yeah, it's pretty sleepy here at the moment. As for Liara, I had 1 playthrough with a Liara romance but that was all. Nothing wrong with her though, I just preferred Ash.

I had no problem with Ash my team was Liara and Ash since I was an infiltrator.... but I dont know I never liked Ash maybe it was xenophobia.

No worries, I know everybody can't have the same opinion as me. I like pretty much every character but only actively support Miranda and Ashley because they are my favourites.

Am I the only one who thinks Miranda would never get married? She takes promises she's made to those she's cared about very seriously, and I don't think she'd make a promise she isn't certain she can keep unless she's under stress. And I think she's smart enough to know there's always a small chance that a given relationship won't be "til death do us part" and she doesn't want to promise it will.

Before I get hit with rotten tomatoes, I'm not saying she wouldn't stay with, say, Shep until he died or have kids, or do anything else a married person would do. Her life would be indistinguishable from a "proper" Mrs. Shepard. But I don't think there'll be a ring or ceremony unless it's REALLY important to the other party, and maybe not then.

I don't know..

First I have no idea what exactly marriage means in the time period we are talking about or what it would look like with somebody like Commander Shepard or Miranda Lawson.  Secondly we frankly do not know Miranda's specific feelings about relationships.  Is she simply not interested or is she holding out for a guy worthy of her?  She may be very excited about being married or has no interest at all.

Okay, Miranda strikes me as the type of person who would love to get married, have kids, the whole schblang.... She loves Oriana and I think that shows that beneath her cold exterior that she is a loving and caring person. I see what your saying but I'm having trouble seeing her turning down Shepard. Hypothetically if they dated for years (6-8) they'd be married in everything but title. Maybe I'm having difficulty cause it goes against my Spacer/WarHero Shepard.

I really like that article Gutty. It talks about not only Yvonne's professionalism but also the fact she has something special that makes her really appealing, her 'earthiness' it said. Alot more interesting and insightful than other articles I have read about her. I guess because it was actually about her acting and what makes her a great actress.

The pics are great she just beams, but man she is getting waifish working on Hollywood.  I cannot say I like that but it is hardly unexpected.

@ jtav: This is the one thing I can't really agree with you on. You're right Miranda does value her word, but she also puts an extremely high value on family. I would think that she of all people would crave something that was denied to her for so long by her father and then by Cerberus. Perhaps not during ME3, but I can see her getting married to Shep if they stay together in the future. She won't be your typical wife, I see her running around the galaxy for some time still...but marriage is not out of the question for her.

Well my best friends parents never officially married...but they have been living together for 30+ years and raised a bunch of kids and own a house together.  The practical difference in that situation is negligible.
