And if you meant submachine gun, that won't work because she'll have killed you before you even see her which means you'll never have time to use it.

However, if you meant substitute as in a body double or something, I'd say that's probably the best shot you have at survival right now. She'll still get you, of course, but at least you might gain a few extra minutes.
