Personally I don't really see it in Miri and Ash's characters

Well, that's my view at least.

I accept your challenge!  I will write a fan fic so spectacular, so touching, that you will never be able to think of Ash and Miri without each other again.

will it be the epic catfight between Ash and Miri?

It may start that way. And then they slowly start to bond and have BFF moments until... BAM, something earth shattering happens for them.

I will write an epic, heart warming romance! Shepard may or may not be involved...

Well in that case...

Haha, as long as clothes go flying in that cat-fight.. and they somehow end up in a fountain.. all is well.

Miranda is the kind of girl you want to talk to, but if you say the wrong thing she'll "slap your ***" with a singularity.

No matter how good your fanfic is, Miranda's so awesome that my mind can only think of her and nothing else. She basically blocks every synaptic discharge that is not related to her.

And it feels so good. :D

Seriously, just did Horizon on insanity and Miri is definitely the best support for my vanguard. She was really helpfull against the praetorian, not just because of warp, but also switching between the submachine gun to take out the barrier and the heavy pistol for the armor.

I just love Miranda.<3

I just took Miri with me on Jacob's loyalty mission to see if there might be any extra dialogue. Unfortunately, not the case =/

I enjoyed her extra dialogue on Mordin's loyalty mission.

"I'll make sure to put that in my reports..."

She's a killer after getting the Tempest SMG. Seriously, she was taking out like half the enemies for me lol.

@Kabraxal: I was just wondering, after reading your comments on the red leathers some pages back, have you by any chance read the Sword of Truth series of books? Or perhaps seen the tv show Legend of the Seeker, based on those books?

Read the books, couldn't get into the series.  But now I can't really read those books anymore.  Far too much rape and darkness for my tastes.  The second to last book (Phantom I think) finally wore me out with it and I just have not been able to get back into it.

Yeah, it's pretty dark. But your comment reminded me of Denna.

As for the show, it's not the best but it's cool. Denna appeared in a few eps and she looked amazing (love her character). And in the second season, Cara became a main character so now we have her in every ep., and she's just as great.

I did like Cara and elements of the book... but I got tired when it seemed like every third chapter was a rape. There is a line between darkness and overbearing angst... the Sword of Truth crossed the line for me and it looks like the Song of Ice and Fire is doing the same.

I don't understand this preference for long running stories to get more angsty or dark as they progress. It is happening a lot in literature. Of course gaming is more susceptible to the whole 90's comic trend where it is all cliched "I'm tragic, look at me". I swear, one more contrived death of a lover in a game simply to be dramatic and I am going to scream!

On that thought I am off to bed. Chuck can't come any sooner. Or school.

Night everyone!

That's a little disappointing.

Mordin and Grunt seem to have the best humor dialogue on missions.

"It's too open out here. We should get behind...stuff...."

I wish DLC would come in 5 days. I don't know if there will be or not though. And for the record it's the new episode of Chuck in 5 days ;)

Yea, is their extra dialogue for any mission except for Legion on Tali's hearing.

Wizard's First Rule was the only one I could read - after that it just got ridiculous to me.
