And there are too many "facepalm" romance options already. A krogan would push the envelope even further.

No new romances please. We have 9, that's enough, let's focus on them. Not to mention that any new romances in ME3 would be at a distinct disadvantage to the ME1 and ME2 ones.

No matter. I don't count it offensive to be mistaken for a woman.
While the confusion about my RL gender is an appreciated side effect of my forum name, "ieldra" is Old English for "elder" and my use of it refers to an elder race in David Zindell's "Neverness" universe. I recommend the book, obviously.

I just don't agree with the comparison, beyond them both being the leading ladies of their games.
