The Morinth-bait would have been a perfect opportunity in the game to show Miranda's femme fatale side. IMO, Miranda would have had a
much better chance of succeeding in this loyalty mission than Shepard.
Paragon Shepard is too morally upright and Renegade Shepard is too
brutal and raw. This mission required somebody with a lot more subtlety,
someone who understands the kind of game being played and that someone
should have been Miranda.

He also is only slightly better than Jacob at pick up lines. Miranda was actually dominated by Morinth (in game terms, she failed the last Charm check), but that was because Morinth picked up on how emotionally isolated she was and not due to a lack of skill on Miranda's part. Unfortunately,  I ran into some unsettling gender/sexuality implications that I never successfully resolved.

It would have been great fun to watch in game.

She wasn't closeted, but she didn't view it as something she needed to share with her subordinates. Her father didn't pay for her orientation, which makes it something that's hers Because the resolution involved her telling Shep (strictly her CO) about a former lover, it came off as if she was vulnerable to Morinth, it came off like her desire to keep her private life private led to her failure. At least in the outline.

That sounds intresting, we know Bioware did plan her to be Bi, because of there is some sound files of Hale voicing some lines for Miri's romance. Il ike that idea. I wonder, who was her former lover, male or female?

See... makes complete sense I think. Now,apply everything you know about those two and apply it to Miranda and Liara and that's why it doesn't work they don't work together.

I'd say that depends on whether you want it to appear as a fling or not. Or, if you don't want it to appear as a fling, if that gets clear without the dialogue. I'd have to read the scene for a definite answer.

It depends on how she thinks Shepard would react, but as a rule, yes. If they love each other, if Shepard didn't say "I wouldn't want that again" or "I wish you hadn't done it" (I think that was an option in one of the conversations), and if resources are not a problem, who wouldn't?

I sleep, it's right now 2:00 am here. I stay up late because as I work in the buisnes industry, I am always up-late doing work. However i never log off the site, so even if it says I am online, that does not mean I am. Also I think Miri would try to bring back Shepard. Simply because as you said, love. If she could get the resources, she would find a way. Miri s a determined woman.
