You make a good point about the Krogan, Kraidy. That makes sense that Wrex & Grunt would have a very good immune system.

Plus they have two of every major organ (expect for there testicals, they have four) Plus there hump stores resources for them in a way like a camel does. Krogans can go a long time without food and water. The only thing that is huirting them is the Genophage.

Physical resilience and resistance to disease are not necessarily connected. One develops as a counter to an aggressive fauna and/or an unfriendly environment, the other to aggressive microbial life. Immune systems are also not completely determined by your genes and degenerate faster than other traits if not constantly challenged. I would agree with you about the krogan if their homeworld was in its original state, for it seems competition must have been fierce on all levels of life back then. But things changed with the krogan intra-species wars and the genophage.

I don't say I necessarily disgree with you. But the picture is not as clear-cut as you make it seem. There is also some evidence that Earth may be near the top of the "diversity of life" scale - why else could humans be more genetically diverse compared to other intelligent species in the galaxy in spite of being exactly not diverse compared to other species on Earth.

Which means, it is possible that Miranda would win.

Thats why I say miri would be third, however if you exclude Krogans she would be first because she was designed to be the perfect human. That has to go with her body, it is perfect in many ways and not just the outside, the inside also.

Legion is has the strongest immune system because he's a robot, and therefore does not catch diseases. xP

That's a good answer

But I wonder how he deals with wounds. Medi-Gel shouldn't work on him.... hmm, I guess omni-gel is still around, even if the game makes no use of it.

I still wonder if Legion truly does feel pain, when hes shot at, he makes noises like it's hurting him. I always wondred if he is only doing that because he wants to be part of the team or he does infact feel pain.

And on another note, does anybody know for sure whether or not Miranda can die with Shepard surviving in the suicide mission?

She can, but unlike the other characters, you have to try and work to get her killed. She can only be killed at the final part of the suicide mission and she has to not be loyal.

Why would you try to kill her anyways :crying:

So you would have to bring one loyal squad member and Miranda, who would have to be not loyal, or something like that?

And don't worry, I will most definitely not kill her. Or else my life would be in danger. gravely.

LOL, ya, if she's loyal, then she won't be able to die. I had her and Legion hold the line once and both survived (both where loyal too) long as Miri is alive, she won't die.

LOL, typo on my part. As long as she is loyal, she won't die. There is rare cases about her dieing, but majority of people have never had her die loyal. Only people I know that got miri killed was because they did it on purpose.

Nah, what it is, they decided to combine omni-gel with medi-gel that way shep's tech bits can get some good ole healing as well ;)

I just had a weird vision of Shepard's cybernetic parts rusting... Implications unpleasant.

And that's why it's called unity.

<cheesiness> In ME2 medi-gel and omni-gel unite to become one. /cheesiness

Ok just gone back a few pages to see what I missed whilst been away, I find it funny how people seem to get this notion that the majority of a fanbase would attack you with pitchforks for admitting to liking more than one character. Anyone who truly thinks that is crazy.

The fact is, I like pretty much all of the characters, granted some more than others and of course despite my slight annoyance with a select few members from one fan-base.

One thing people forget is that Bioware proved when making ME2 that they listen to the fan-bases for characters to some extent. So it is obvious that ME2 would spawn a vocal fan-base for each of the new squadmates (and even some of the Non-squaddies/crew)

I'll admit that I don't really care if Miranda is cameoed. Just as long as if she is that they give good reason for it and she at least does play some potential part in it. I doubt she will play an uber-critical role even if she is a squadmate (other than being a squadmate), that said I believe there is more chance of her being a 'potential' returning squadmate than most of the others.

One thing the ME2haters seem to forget in that regards is that besides catering for those of us who bought and played the original, they also were catering for 'new players' too. Now granted they may have hoped that people would like ME2 so much they'd go and buy ME and play through them both. But way I see it, they have to consider new ME2 players carrying on with just an ME2 playthrough and as such will be going into ME3 with an ME2 romance. So I can't see them trying to claim that the ME2 LIs were just 'flings' to tempt the MEimport player from their LI.

Edit: Oi Kraidy and Da Shadow Master, not all of us who killed Miri are evil nasty MEfreak fans that are just pissed off because they are too dumb to understand why their ME LI was treated in such fashion in ME2. Some of us do it to add variety to the following game.

And I've only done it once anyway, in my Kasumi and Zaeed only survive playthrough. That is 1 out of 10 playthroughs (granted I've only just started playthrough 9 and playthrough 10 won't happen until ME3 release).

Same, even with Jacob, I just can't. I don't know why. I did my massacre run and it hurt alot inside for me. I just really liked the characters in ME2.
