Hey guys, I've got something to post for you. I've been working on it for the past couple of hours (I know, it doesn't look like 2 hours work) and I thought I'd share it. Some things I want to point out first.
1) I know the dialogue doesn't match the in-game stuff word-for-word but I think what I've got in there works.
2) Unfortunately, even though the images definitely exist, I couldn't find one for the first scene. I've spent the last 45 mins or so looking, but I think the replacement still gets the message across. And of course, the Shepard image isn't from the scene, since we don't have any pics with Shepard in this thread really.
3) I was originally intending to do most of the romance scenes in this manner but it's taken so long to get these 3 blocks done I can't see myself doing that. I'm just posting this because well, why not?

So here we go. Since I'll probably never get to write my Miranda graphic novel, this is the closest I can give you.

If I manage to get enough images together I may continue this down the road, we'll see. Unless you all think it's crap of course, then I won't bother, lol.

Meg, that was a very good opening chapter.  Really worked to sink the hook into the reader and reel them in ready for the next chapter.  You and Rath do fine work together from what I've seen so far and I hope this collaboration continues for a long time to come.

Makes me apprehensive about starting my own fanfic, not sure I can live up to your high standards

In that case my dear lady I shall start work on it as soon as I've finished this playthrough.  Seeing as I should finish it tonight or tomorrow morning I'll be able to start writing tomorrow evening after work, or maybe Saturday.

I admit I can write well, but only if the ideas come to me and I'm afraid I'm having a very long dry spell of ideas at the moment.  I haven't written anything solid in a couple of years so I don't know how well this will come out.

Well, you'll never get the creative juices flowing if you sit around waiting for a brilliant idea to fall into your head.

I hadn't written anything in years either, before the fanfic. However, the more that I write, the more that comes back to me and the clearer my thought process becomes, I find.

My advice would be to just dive right in. I have the utmost faith in your abilities after reading what you've posted in this thread.

@ LuxDragon nice job on Chapter 4 whew that was long but is a nice read, I like how you changed it from the regular ME2 experience it spices it up.

@ Rath/Meg Great introduction, waiting patiently to see were this story is heading.

@ andy  I like your photoshop comic book strip thingy... the correct term is graphic novel? Whatever it is called its good!
