Too extreme for her. She can be ruthless, but for that you'd have to convince her that this is the only way to save humanity. And smart as she is, she won't believe you. Not unless you find that the Council has worked against humanity behind its back all the time. And even then she'd confine her agreement to the Council species.Sixth Goul wrote...
I think we need the option to win Miranda over to are side in me3. Instead, of just getting it, regardless of what we do. I'd love the idea of Miranda agreeing with galactic genocide of all none human life.

She makes it pretty clear she believes in Cerberus' agenda as she sees it. She may have started to work with them because of Oriana, but now it's clearly more than that.kraidy1117 wrote...
The still think the big driving force for Miri to work with Cerberus is Oriana, but that's just me.
Thats what I think, I don't think Miri was really that happy tpo work for Cerberus from the get-go, but as years went on she started to enjoy it but I still think without Oriana, I don't think she would have ever joined Cerberus at all.

Is that the scene at the start of the loyalty mission? I always do that, for three reasons: (1) A surprise attack is the obvious tactic here, (2) I love the expression on that salarian's face, (3) That scene is the very definition of badass. I don't think there is a better Renegade interrupt scene in the whole game.Andaius20 wrote...
Do you do it?
yes it is. probably the best single-scene in the game and the definition of renegade bad-ass how it's supposed to be done: *neck-snap* and one very surprised salarian! and being on miranda's loyalty mission is the icing on the cake, just wish it wasn't in a giant warehouse...

And I think Miranda always believed in Cerberus ideals, though she may not have chosen to work with them if it wasn't for Oriana. It's possible she would have worked for a strong and independent humanity in other ways.

Exactly this. I wonder why people are always expecting a fight or something. That's not at all realistic, more suitable for a comedy.jtav wrote...
Nothing? Brief awkwardness if she happens to be your ex, but nothing beyond that.

If that happens, I'll replay my two main maleSheps over all of ME1 and ME2. But I hope I don't have to.jtav wrote...
I think Bioware might go the catfight route in ME3, which is one reason that I'm determined that all my Sheps who romance her are single. Fighting over a man is beneath her.

Shepard: Do you have a minute, Miranda?
Miri: I do. I suppose we should talk. But I won't be shared. If it's going to go anywhere, everyone needs to know that you're mine.
First I felt that Miranda was very possessive and doesn't like to share. Any thoughts?

Don't you consider it rather normal that Miranda doesn't want to share you with another woman?Shadedclan wrote...
I tried to romanced Tali then go to Miranda just to see what she would say about sharing. What she said was this:

Hmm. I don't know what you expected, but it does seem very much in character for her. She points to the fact she expects you to be as much hers as she'll be yours. She'll not be your satellite in this relationship.Shadedclan wrote...

@jtav:
Yes, I agree about that "everyone needs to know". That's not so much like her.

The possessive streak is entirely IC (and extremely attractive), but I don't like "everyone needs to know..." Makes it sound like she wants Shep as a trophy she can display.

That said, I like her possessiveness. I think she's got some anxiety about losing Shep. She wants someone that's "hers" that she won't have to give up like Oriana, won't betray her like Niket. She's not going to let her walls down without some assurance that it won't blow up in her face.

Depends on how they do it. A catfight over a guy depends on the guy being a total object without any opinions or actions of his own. I have a hard time seeing that happening.
Again alot of your fears just seem odd. A character demeaning cat fight simply has never happened in Bioware games. The closest they get is the two LIs will approach the protagonist and maybe a few snarky side comments. If Ashley is angry she will be angry with Shepard. Her being angry with Miranda would imply Shepard is too hopeless to make his own choices which would just be bizarre. Do you really think that is a possibility?
