The software is extremely awkward, bur it's still faster than what I can do by hand. And I apologize for the rampant xenophilia, but I need it to be Tali for plot reasons.

Lizard people and tentacles.  That is some pretty kinky stuff you are writing there jtav :P

Alright Tali'Zorah it is.

You should have seen me the other day. I threatened to write Miranda/Tali because I was getting tired of hearing a couple of Talimancers going on about the engine room scene. That's one way to end a shipping war. I don't really enjoy writing xenophilia, believe it or not, but my favorite characters happen to be aliens.

People need to get over the engine scene. I don't know the exact reasoning for why the scene was there (my take: greater room for unique animations or the "neutral ground" theory) but my only real suggestion is that it should have had more dialog.

Ha! That's brilliant Jtav!

People still fuss over the engine room scene?

I actually have not seen discussion about the engine room scene in quite a while, however when the discussion does come up, they are people with irrational opinions regarding it. May be best to leave it at that though.

I guess I fail to see all the deep meaning people put into the engine room scene when they completely ignore all the dialog prior to it.  I mean what is the point of then putting in dialog in the scene itself?  Morons will just ignore that to.

Although I see your point about some people (those who aren't worth listening to anyway) ignoring it, unless it's really bad, the scene would have benfited from dialog nonetheless.

Vyn, what can I say? I'm a bit strange. But it would be great if I could get it to work. I'd rather do the Miranda/Thane. Put too much of myself in Tali.

Sure.  I am just saying the fact that there was none does not mean the relationship is suddenly different from what was portrayed in the previous scenes.

Shep: Permission to dock, Officer Lawson?

Off. Lawson: You may proceed, Commander.

Something like that?

The scene could have benefited from showing a bit of the afterglow. Maybe Shep asks if they can use a bed next time because his back is killing him. Miranda smiles and says "Only if you buy me dinner first." Funny and flirty, but hints at a future. The sap in me would really like a callback to the promise scene, though.

This line would trigger a flashback and open an old wound of my Shepard. Avoid at all costs.:o

I forgot about that line. What I get for romancing Ashley exactly once. Substitute some other flirting then.

I happen to disagree....but you knew that already ;)

Regarding xenophilia, I have nothing against it. But I'd prefer more alien aliens. And that the ME2 universe acklowledged that inter-species sex is a minority taste and not at all common.

Yes, I would like that. Perhaps a slightly different line though, for reasons already mentioned. What I wouldn't like is more dialogue at the start of the scene.

I disagree, i think the scene was fine with out dialouge in its presence sense, if the scene was diffrent some what then maybe dialouge would be appropiate.

Knew that already. It's from Deviantart. Would be ok but for the heels. You notice too much it's made from a template with aspects that don't fit Miranda.
