I'll have some feedback later Darth.  I'm away from my Pc at the minute so I'm just chipping in with quick posts here and there, I haven't read the second excerpt yet. ;-)

Well I'm going to work in about 20 minutes so you've got plenty of time.  Won't be back for around 8 hours or so.

No reason for that. I'm just going on a trip and will have no opportunity to write up stuff. I also don't like to post an unreflected opinion, so no first-impression-stream-of-consciousness review.

It was under the arm and had been closed by the medigel.  It was the arterial pressure and stretching that caused the medigel sealing the artery to become dislodged, but the medigel sealing the surface wound remained in place until the pressure of the bleed overwhelmed that too.

Ieldra, thanks for that.  I look forward to reading your well-reasoned comments upon your return. ^_^

Good to hear things are improving Mavi. I'm good, getting a bit too involved in Heavy Rain, it's addictive!

Morning all :)

My copy just arrived!!!!

A Shep save for Miranda
Image IPB

On another note, considering Miranda's survivability, I have now come to the potential conclusion that the 'current' Shadow Broker is Miranda's father. It suddenly struck me today odd how Miranda actually never tells Shepherd who exactly her father is, just that he is a 'powerful businessman'. Also due to how she and Oriana were created there is no telling how old he is.

Another thought popped into my head that maybe he has since created 'another' daughter seeing as Miranda foiled his plan to have Oriana continue his 'dynasty'.

On that bombshell I am going to put Heavy Rain in my PS3 and get it fired up (once it done all the downloads/updates bla bla bla, so I might be back real soon hehe)

Edit: Oooh got to make the Origami bird... eeek am never good with these things

i wonder, if there is any information about me3 yet? ome kind of official statement, that they have started working? because im not sure... it would be nice to see that there is some progress in creating the game, altough i thought they will probably now start releasing some DLCs and wait few months. i like the idea of new content, but this is not the sims, damnit. far much better is to hear that me3 is in building than to play me2 round and round with some new missions. i always approve more new game than only few quest added to recent part, even if it takes more time.

I'm going for the angle that medigel does not fix everything. It can stem and temporarily seal a life-threatening wound, but if you don't get it checked out by a doctor it will go very badly for you. I see medigel in the ME universe as a bit of a crutch, something you rely on more and more to do more and more. There has to come a point where medigel doesn't fix everything, at least not permanently.

They started work on it even before ME2 was released.

hello. Image IPB
ive seen recently a topic about what you have said. and i must say, that after considering it... it could be true.
even better if to put it that way- me3 would be then around cerberus and shadow broker, just as i thought earlier.
but still i cant find explanation why he wanted to sold shepard body to collectors- how we found him and why he didnt use him against cerberus or something else... maybe i didnt pay much attention to the game, but i think we lack information about shadow broker, there is not enough for us.
hope, that this unsolved questions will be lighten up in me3.

ps, do someone mind my messy writing without capital letters and etc?

I wonder if they did all the VA at the same time for both. Or how much did they have ME3 planned prior to ME2. I just want to know that Miranda has a role in it, I also wonder if you get to choose your party in ME3. I mean like from the survivors of ME2, I don't want to have Jack on my team, but she refused to die on my last run.

I think the Shadow Broker is Miranda's father.

Eeks. The thread is completely silent again. Are there any fanfics prior to the ME games? Like ones for possible origins? Earthborn, Spacer etc?

Okay, the thread seems to go dead so i will warm you up by requesting for an answers for those childish questions: (i really do not know.)

who the **** is conrad verner (sth like that)!? ive seen that name plenty of times and hell, i do not remind him totally. it has been some time since ive played mass effect, so...

the next goes for Adam Baldwin. WTH?

the last but not the least: hammerhead. why is everyone so excited about it, and what it is precisely? mako comes back or what?

Oh well I try to answer correctly, but if I go wrong please correct me.

1. Conrad Verner is an Alliance officer or something I think he was addicted to some substance and in ME1 he asks you to acquire more than is legally permitted. You can decline and tell him to get help or get him what he wants.

2. Adam Baldwin: Voice actor of Kal'Reegar and John Casey in Chuck TV series. I know he has done more, but I haven't seen them.

3. As far as I know nothing has been really confirmed. Mainly speculation, but stories so far say that it's Mako with smoother controls and hopefully less copy+paste type of missions.{smilie}

Conrad is nothing at all. He is some poor delusional idiot.

Adam baldwin is VERY famous lol...a real coop getting him to do VA imo...and he is easily the best thing about Chuck.

Hammerhead out end of march. Mobile hover vehicle and comes with 5 missions. Uknown as of yet whether we can get out of it, how long missions are etc etc.

Conrad Verner is Shepard's biggest fan, and he tries to emulate him but he ends up being annoying. This is what he did in the ME1. He appears in ME2 on Illium pretending he is a Spectre like Shepard.

Adam Baldwin, what the others said above, nuff said ;)

Hammerhead is a hover tank releasing late March with 5 missions dubbed the "Firewalker Pack" and it will be free for Cerberus Network.

Haha no worries. Conrad is actually easy to miss especially if you use the Transit System more often on the Citadel in ME1. In ME2 they made him more noticable.

he is in me2? i didnt notice.

Baldwin famous> maybe, but in your country. ive never heard of him. and i havent seen any episode of Chuck yet.

damn, so mako comes back... great :/ i was so happy to fly the Kodiak (?) and not to drive through every ****in' planet. i mean - controling this big tank was a total disaster. well, i hope they will change it somehow and the missions will be nice.

I didn't notice him in ME2 either. I only remember meeting some fan in ME1, but can't remember what I did to him except giving him an autograph.

Yeah, Baldwin isn't too popular in Finland either. I learned about him from Chuck and ME2. And about Chuck I learned from ME2 and Yvonne.

Yeah, well I doubt they would bring Mako back without some major tweaks to controls and missions. They wouldn't be that stupid.
