So the other thread got closed? Didn't know thread size had an impact on the server speed.
Anyway, have to re-post my support here. I'm still working on a playthrough where I'm trying to get just Miranda and myself to survive (just finished Omega). I figure I'll pick everyone up and complete just Miri's loyalty quest, then have her with me most of the time during the suicide mission and send the rest of my squaddies off to their deaths purposely.
Hope something like this will end up working!
You need at least two survivors, I think. You can't go around questing with only one squadmate, after all.
You do? I thought you only needed at least one to survive (just so that person could pull you up, as Joker can't do it himself). Granted I haven't tried something like this yet.
Oh well, thanks for the info anyway...

Man it's sort fo creepy at times to me with the full renegade face. You have these emotional moments, and your Shepard looks like he wants to devour soul haha.
You should see this guy on youtube that made a character named AIDS Shepard... god it was... indescribable

I like Miranda well enough, though she loses major points for berating Joker after the Collector attack on the Normandy.
Understood - though I think it was mainly frustration at not having seen it coming - I don't think it was anything personally directed at Joker.
Though it makes me curious, why was everyone so tense about unleashing an AI? Did I miss something?

Did you play that mission on the moon in ME1... AI's I guess are self-aware and then they realize they dont need humans and kill them

"What was I supposed to do, break my arm at them?" - Joker
My response would have been, "You could have gotten a weapon. God knows we have pleanty of those around!"
But then again, Joker needed to get the Normandy out of there.
Then again, there was no reason he couldn't have taken out a couple Collectors on the way.
Clearly he can fire an assault rifle. He has one at the end of the game for crying out loud!

....well, there was this one time, when this one race, known as the Quarians, created an AI. It ended very badly for them.
Seriously though, I got a whole AI=BAD vibe from ME1. I was pretty nervous about releasing EDI; initially I was nervous about even having her.

I didn't have that problem. I always figured AIs are like people. Treat them with respect and you'll have no problems. I kind of saw EDI as another crew member from the start.
That's what the quarians failed to understand. They were unwilling or unable to change their views of the geth and continued to treat them as mere tools, instead of beings capable of reasoning.
But it could be that I'm just too trusting.

anyone find a scan of miranda from the CE's artbook?
Andy THOUGHT about doing this, but we decided not to post it due to possible copyright issues. I haven't found it uploaded anywhere else on the internet, though.

It's been well established that Miranda/Yvonne Strahovski has little to no resemblance to Michael Jackson. Really, can anything else spew out of your ass? Or was that aftershock? God damn...
Someone put up the "Miranda dissapproves" pic please lol.
God I'm tired and angry as a result. Good night guys and take good care.
