I find it interesting to see everyone's different takes on how long it takes Shep to break down Miranda's defenses... whether he's effectively done that by the end of the game, or if it's going to take longer. Makes for some good reading.

- We want Miranda to return as a squadmember. We don't want her to be just a cameo or have a few lines and then never hear from her again.
- Full-on relationship with her. We would love for the romance between her and Shepard to be expanded significantly.
- Much more dialogue between them, not just in between missions or certain checkpoints in the storyline.
- More than one "love scene" would be exquisite, as it would really portray the relationship as something very real, with a lot of substance, and pretty much show it as ongoing, so to speak, instead of 1, 2, 3 conversations, then ok, romance scene at the end. We don't want it to "culminate" into a final scene, we would love for it to be ongoing, a constant romance that you experience and feel throughout the game.
- Have our Shepard/Miri relationship recognized by others, more than what was in ME2. We'd love if everyone on the Normandy or other NPCs elsewhere had something to say or what their feeling towards the relationship is. It would be nice for others in the game to know that "Miranda and I are together."
- Have areas, scenes, or lines in the story or on missions where things change according to your romance. Meaning, it would be great if for example, you're on a mission or around the Citadel or planet and are interacting with NPCs, Miranda would have something to say if an NPC badmouths you or insults you. She could react or come to your defense. Or even better if the relationship were to be reflected in scenes in the game, and the scene would act out differently if you bring Miranda along on a dangerous mission for instance.
- Develop her backstory! It's unanimous that we want to know what's going on between her, her sister, and her father. A mission where we have a chance to take down her father would be incredible!

Out of all the characters that are just ME2 she’s got the biggest fan base alot of people seem to care and like her<how many people are just apart of this group> been apart of this good seem like the day after ME2 came out<not a huge post person is all> and what i remember most it seem like it take a few days to make 30 pages of progess. now i go to bed this morning at like 199 and look in now and at 238.
Bioware wanted strong feeling for their characters and that include the people that dislike a character and post on the board such as what I saw this morning “Miranda is a Horrible person” <btw the post cracked me up as mostly it look like the guy blamed Miranda from him picking stupid choice in the final mission>
Plus didn’t Bioware saw their watching when people are playing ME2 so see who people use<thought I heard that once> and from what I know people that even hate Miranda use her cause she so damn good in fights and her skills rock.
Basely what I see right now is Miranda is the Garrus and Tali of ME2, and the odds of her being in ME3 I think are almost near 100%

Sorry, but I've got to ask, as don't see anyone else asking this...
How?
She can't be selected for that unless you've possibly fiddled with her?
As for her survivability... way I see it, she's the female equivalent of Garrus in ME2. ie. The poster person that can survive till the end. Making Thane the male equivalent of Ashley, seeing as lots of ways to kill him off and of course he has that syndrome.

You forgot the epic battle between Miranda and Ashley/ Liara
I always wonder how they're going to handle this.
It would be a dozen potential confrontations if they did them for all LIs--a large, but not unthinkable number to right.
But it would be easier to write three conversations for the ME1 LI where it's just them and Shepard talking.
I hope they can put all the Miranda hate threads to good use as Ashley/Liara cuts loose with "buck-toothed," "potato-faced", etc.

Hey guys, I made an ME3 wishlist concerning our Miribunny and what we'd like to see happen in ME3. I was thinking maybe Darth can put this up on the front page. What do you think?

Agreed, Shin. Should be posted on the OP with a title that clearly states this is the wishlist and goals of this thread and our group regarding ME3.

A few conversations is better than nothing. To be honest, I'm really interested in seeing how Liara would react to Shepard being with Miranda. It would make for some interesting drama after what you learn from speaking with her in ME2 and reading the Redemption comics.ComTrav wrote...
