It depends on the angle. Most of the time, it looks pretty black. Black enough to consider it black, anyway. I'd consider it black in this pic since you must look very closely to notice it's not completely black.

But that is just lighting causing it to look darker. There is definitly colour in her hair, thus it is brown.

Put it this way, if her hair is supposed to be black, then why is it that in the rendered trailer and all the posters her hair is brown?

Also considering yvonne herself has stated it is brown...

Yeah. It's very strange, because I don't have brown hair in real life, so it's kind of funny looking at me as a brunette.

Taken from q&a article so, yup, Miri has brown hair

No, it pulled off the best episode yet, but thats just my opinion. Most people don't seem to like the route it's going, but me as a (former?) Chuck/sarah shipper, I am fine with it.

The Chuck/Sarah relationship has not been in a better place this season.  If anything shippers should be rejoicing.  Shaw is not going to survive in the show long he has served his purpose...by which I am referring to showing the female viewers his six pack.
