Andy... Always the helpful one, aye?
Would you be able to hold your ground when something like her comes towards you?
Geez. I have a hard enough time remembering my lines as it is.

Even a comedy needn't be cheesy. It's like people think embarrassing equals funny. I'll rather have the funny moments in ME2 (like Mordin, or the Gunnery Chief on Citadel).**desperate try to bring this thread off "Chuck"**Valmy wrote...

Yes actually, I do. Like a plot that isn't covered in large helpings of cheese supplemented by an assortment of strange characters whose entire characterization is covered in serious amounts of cheese. A good series needs a good blend, one thing alone is not enough, even if that one thing is as beautiful as Yvonne.
You have to find the cheese funny.
Remember Chuck is a comedy not a drama.

Anyway, if you want good, non-cheesy, fantastically written comedy - Arrested Development.

I'll stick with a classic comedy like M*A*S*H I think. Or The West Wing, or House. Both of the latter are funny without being comedies, that's the best kind of humour I think.

I was originally going to say Tali but I doubt the devs would have the stones to actually do it. The forums would melt under the wrath of the Taliban.ExtremeOne wrote...

Miranda is too obvious a choice as a traitor such that if there is any traitor, I would say it would be anyone but her. I would rather it be Jacob... at least then he'd be more interesting.
would go one better and say Tali would make a good choice

Did you watch Boston Legal? That had a good balance of drama & comedy. Shatner + Spader = funniest bromance ever!

Oh....and hi guys...I need to read the last 10 pages?

Anyway I am no more interested in getting people who don't like Chuck to like Chuck anymore than I am interested in going to the Tali thread and trying to convince them Miranda is better.
Where did all this talk about Miranda being a traitor come from? So she just allowed Shepard to destroy the base because...it...helped Cerberus somehow? I think it is just the fantasy of people who don't like the character.
If you pull the trigger on this then you are ruining someone's day. Somewhere and somtime!Ieldra2 wrote...

This, and what's following, is an absolute classic. It's funny, and it conveys information important to the setting some people might not be aware of. And to top it all off, a little bit of real-world science.
I can only say if physics were taught like this, our politicians wouldn't need to bemoan the lack of engineers.

In all fairness though FOX gave it a decent shot. I mean, nobody watched it and it still got 3 seasons. I just wish they would've given it 3 full seasons. At least the ending would have been less rushed and we would have got 4 extra season 2 episodes.
You mean the talk here? I think the probabiliy that Miranda is setup as a traitor by Bioware (for ME3) is non-zero, if only for the reason that it would be an interesting plot twist. But I don't really think they'll do it.Valmy wrote...

I have to say I find House hilarious just on one small yet significant concept. One of the most English of Englishmen out there playing an American so well that the Executive Producer thought he was American...

I could very much see Miranda turning traitor to protect Oriana. As long as we get a Star Forge style "I love you too, with all my heart" moment out of it, I'm happy That last convo made Bastila's romance for me. The potential for drama would be amazing. I'd rather have my heart ripped out and then get my happy ending.
