Um...he is brilliant and went to Stanford and had his career ruined by events beyond his control.  He is nice, good looking, and loves his family and friends.  I guess I fail to see how he is a loser at all...

Chuck is just an all-round likeable, funny and nice guy that it's easy to relate to. That and there's an incredible amount of chemistry between Zachary Levi and Yvonne which makes it work.

At least when they explore the emotional impact of actually trying to live a double life and being a spy.

The whole Peter Pan syndrome thing they do with characters like Morgan gets pretty tiresome though, teenage angst in a late 20-something is not something I want to see on TV.

True, although Bryce was ok in my books, he helped Chuck out a lot and he'd already been banging Sarah long before Chuck arrived on the scene, lol.

Sorry man, Shaw is a dead man.  Once those evil terrorist groups are after you the only way to survive is be a primary cast member

He was nice enough but I fear he is now going to be an adversary of Chuck now that they are both emotionally tied up in Sarah or whatever her name is.  It is going to start to interfere with his work and that is what is ultimately going to kill him IMO.

Actually the Hannah and Shaw have made Sarah and Chuck grow more than the previous LIs. Did I actually just say that? It is true, but meh. Some see the results later than the rest.

But seriously just enjoy the ride.  You know those characters are temporary so no need to get annoyed by them.
