Thanks, it's got to be rough for him, I'm not sure how severe it is in comparison to other cancers..but still, you never think it can happen to people that you know.

A Promise of Love and Death

I was trying to do three things with this:
(1) Present a facet of Miranda's character as I see her
(2) Present a slightly different view on Renegade decisions.
(3) Present my version of what happened to Kate Bowman (R.I.P.), one of my favorite unimportant NPCs of ME1.

I leave it to you to decide if I've been successful.

Two questions for those who know fanfiction.net:
(1) How do I write an author's comment?
(2) Is it possible to set a text width limit for reading the story?

I don't have the reference on hand Sleepy, but it was in either an interview or Q&A. I remember reading that specifically. Maybe someone else might know exactly where it is. Sorry =/

But you can trust fearless leader's word!

Yes, unfortunately many peg her as such right off the bat and don't bother to dig deeper. I'm glad you opened up more to her and saw that there's more than meets the eye.
