It was a short lived Australian College drama...

Cannot believe the thing had 52 episodes despite only have a one year run.  52 one hour episodes at that.  It must have been a fairly low budget affair.

Yvonne was only in 13 of those episodes though so no wonder it got cancelled.

It came on in the evening so was it really a soap?  Oh well what do I know about Australian TV?

Aye, but now I got second question... Yvonne will be in some Lego animation movie coming out this year. Someone should really give her proper roles, she is too amazing to be left unnoticed.

She is clearly either:

1. lacking the time to do much work outside of VO because of the incredible time commitment of doing a network show.

2. Is simply not getting work.

She is turning 28 this year and while I will probably see anything she is in for the rest of my life, I willl probably be one of those old guys who still finds my favorite actress hot at 52, she might be getting up there to be a new leading lady for things like big film parts?  Not sure.

She seems incredibly talented and has tons of fans so I am not sure why she doesn't get more live action stuff.  I mean her voice is lovely, and she does great work with it, but come on...you have to get that on screen people.

She strikes me as rather conventional personally.  She really likes her dogs and watching those Bravo reality chick shows like Project Runway...really that could describe 85% of 20 somethign women on the planet.  Knowing kung fu and doing all those crazy phyical hobbies she has is a little...um...different...but really she seems just like a nice woman who likes the sort of things most women do.  She just happens to also be incredibly beautiful and talented.

I would imagine that she doesn't really have time to do much else besides VO work and smaller movies while she's still doing Chuck. If and when the show eventually ends, I doubt she'll have a hard time finding work.

I hope that is the case.  Certainly Hugh Laurie has been doing nothing but House once that show started and he certainly wouldn't have any problem doing whatever he wanted otherwise.

But the difference is that Yvonne has never been in anything of any signficance besides Chuck and Laurie has had a long and storied career.

I have to agree on this, if those two are the options, but honestly I am pretty sure all of her fans are happy as long as she is.
