Reading over the main forum, I'm starting to think I'm the only person who doesn't hate any character, though I feel a crushing indifference toward Jacob and Grunt, which is probably worse.
Miranda's got to be one of the most...divisive characters on the forums. Sounds like the writers did their job. I wonder if people who like Miranda tend to share other characters they like/dislike and vice versa?
Make that 3 of us. I like all the characters
Its it the point to making really great strong characters to get people to have strong emotions to them good or bad in that case I think Bioware did a great job making people you can love or hate

I'd be disappointed if he was her father. I think it was Barla Von who said that it might be a group of people, not just one person but then the hints in Redemption suggest the opposite. If Liara is back in ME3, I'd be more interested in seeing how she would react to Miranda being with Shepard.wolf99000 wrote...

Yeah, I have to agree jtav. Reading the Redemption comics makes it even harder for me to even think that he is the Shadow Broker along with all the other information that we know.
@Nadia: Where the hell do you get these pics?!
it would make a good twist if he was her dad if laira is back in 3 could have some good stuff between miranda and her

From looking at this, Shaw last appears on Chuck versus the Beard (the next episode), and apparently he comes back after a couple episodes for 1 or 2 more appearances.

The only thing that's awkward is that while I may like some characters, I don't necessarily like their romances. I like Tali, and would like to disccuss her further, but I don't think a relationship with Shepard is a great idea, so I feel I have to stay away from the Tali thread.

Yep, exactly my feelings. The only romances I'm interested in are Miri's and Ashley's. And Liara, at least somewhat....
I like Tali, but not as a romance, like you said.

Same here. Tali's cool but as a sister. I hated the part where she is practically admitting her feelings because its forced on you. I had to pull the "I should go" line. Too awkward for me.shinobi602 wrote...

Well, for me it was better than saying the "That's sweet but we're just friends" line.Flashy91 wrote...

@Keegdarv1: It wasn't literally a "I should go". Shepard just says that he hopes she feels better but remains oblivious to the hints she gives but I could totally see that happening

Hmm yea, but either way I tried it still felt like I was shouting "Hey everybody check it out, Tali likes me!" and then telling her no when the entire Normandy was watching

Yeah, I still felt bad no matter what I chose. Would have felt worse if there was some dialogue with Donnelly and Gabby about that tooFlashy91 wrote...

I made the mistake of starting this piece of dialogue without actually knowing you could romance her, I felt like such an ass shooting her down like that. It felt almost worse than choosing who to save on Virmire.
