I've been reading this thread for about 3 days now, ever since I beat ME2 (planning on playing some more once I buy a new 360 tomorrow). I finally sucked it up and overcame my laziness...registered my game so I could post and show my support. Haha, I would change my name (Flashy sounds loco and kinda perverted) it's too boring and too similar to my GT... But it was like 3am when I made my account and I couldn't think  of anything else and making a new account takes too long...

I love Buffy (obviously), Xander, Oz and Spike. I like Willow, but not quite as much. She sometimes annoys me. And I like Angel when him and Buffy are together and he's not being too broody. I haven't watched it in a while so I might be missing someone.

I am...it and ME2 were my most anticipated games of the year....

And now ME2 is out and I'm in the SC2 beta, it's completely awesome, but I fear gaming will be downhill for me for the rest of the year.

I thought that Spike was the coolest character, even though he got his ass handed to him so many times. The final episode where he fights off tons of those crazy vampires and burns up was awesome!

Yeah, I'm looking forward to it for sure. I didn't get in to the beta, but thats how it goes sometimes.

Mass Effect 2 is the best game I've ever played in all my years of gaming. I'm obsessed! I'm actually looking forward to Mass Effect 3 with barely contained excitement (I know its really early, but I'm hooked)...I'm actually looking forward to ME3 more than The Old Republic.

I've always loved the show due to the strong female characters (okay, well it took willow about 3 seasons to grow out of her whiny phase) but buffy and faith rock the boat for me.

spike is better than angel because he's not whiny... hate to say it.    and he's way more fun!

willow was best when she was evil and trying to kill everyone.. that was hot. 

xander annoyed me though, the clothes and the always screwing stuff up got old. they made him out to be such a loser in the end... seriously, pizza delivery man with an eye patch? 

oz was funny but when he tried to eat tara... well, that just wasn't nice. i loved all his lines though, he was always so quirky and funny.

so yeah, Faith and Buffy for that show. Then, if we move on to Angel, I actually loved Wesley finally and Cordelia was actually tolerable in that show! I could hardly stand her on Buffy but they really made her shine on Angel.

and I'll just keep blabbing if i don't end here... 

I was waiting for Xander to get a hooked hand there for a while...

Mass, you are officially welcome here. You fit right in.

Spike was a total BAMF and a pansy at the same time. He's a lot like my favorite comic book character, Deadpool, also. He's all about self-preservation and he's never really absolutely "evil". But things happen to him throughout his life that change his outlook on things and make him want to be "good" or at least not quite as bad. Even though I was a total Angel&Buffy fangirl, I loved it when Buffy got together with Spike.

And back on topic... I haven't seen this posted in here before. I dont think, at least.

I'll probably give Old Republic a try...but I dunno, I feel like an MMO is like a hobby unto itself...I stopped playing WoW partly because I could play WoW, or I could play every other game out there with the amount of time I spend gaming...

Taking up an MMO is a major life decision. I could probably learn a foreign language or something with that level of time commitment.
