When you are taking the elevator up right before the scene with Niket the elevator music from ME1 starts up and the elevator starts moving very slowly....and right in mid sentence Miranda hacks the elevator demanding it go faster and the elevator music stops and up it goes.

It was a joke on the elevators in ME1 and it just wasn't funny and alot of people missed it entirely.  I have no idea why it didn't work because logically it should have been funny if you played the first game.  Was it the voice acting?  The direction?  The timing?  No idea.

Or people were so emotionally on the opposite edge of the scale, that Miranda throwing a joke in the middle of her sister's rescue operation just didn't seem likely?

I've never considered that a joke. Always came across as Miranda wanting the elevator to hurry up because she is stressing about Oriana and not being able to cope with Niket possibly being a traitor.

Soon as I heard the music I started playing I was like "oh no!" then when Miri hacked I said she is my hero.

Soo...I'm back from work. Weekend. Nice. No social obligations. Nicer. I can spend my time with my books, my games and my word processor.... and dream of a woman like Miranda, for the real one wouldn't let me stay at home for a whole weekend

And when should I repost my question of page 470 regarding Shepard and Miranda and their meaning for the future of humanity as a whole? I'd really like to have more opinions and maybe a few ideas from others.... If I have counted correctly, there have been two people interested in the topic. Disappointing.

Yvonne read her lines like it was dramatic scene; it seems to be written as a dramatic scene; some sound engineer put the ME1 music as a possible joke. I know who I would blame if the 'joke' failed.

Then again, I'm not paying attention to background music when characters are talking.

I've tried every which way, but the people around me wherever I have lived just won't let me live my life.  I have live the life everybody else wants for me....... needless to say sparks are always flying.  It's going to kill me one day.

But then, that is probably the reason for death.  Eventually real life becomes too much to bear.
