Thanks for the link. Any DLC is good for me at this point. I'm sort of doubting that it would be about finding a cure for Thane. After all, Thane does mention that the Hanar were working on it for years and that he doesn't think that Shepard can help him find one.

Releasing DLC for just one character makes no practical or business sense. The twitter specifically says 'a mission'. I'm more inclined to believe its part of a larger character pack involving a mission for each character.

Agreed, I imagine there will be something for each of the characters, I find the idea of Liara of all people having her own specific DLC is downright stupid. This is supposed to be about Shepherd, giving a DLC to a character that not everyone would have given a flying monkey about is stupid. Making a DLC that has a mission for every character (including ME2 squaddies, Wrex and Ash/Kaidan) makes far more sense. Can't see them having missions for Zaeed and/or Kasumi because they are already DLC orientated. But the rest could still have some stuff.

One other thing that got me thinking the other day was with regards 'post-mission' stuff. Be interesting to see if they really do this because got to thinking the other day if they have checked if anyone didn't choose the 'continue' option at the end of the suicide mission. So far I have always chosen that option but got me thinking, if they want to cater for all then how do they ensure that people who didn't choose the 'continue' option get access to this. The save at the end isn't like the DAO one which was a specific 'post-epilogue' save. So is it a case of them having to play the suicide mission again and selecting continue to get access to this extra stuff?

Certainly intrigued as to how they'll handle all the DLCs for ME2 that are mission related.

Theres only so much you can do if players chose the 'end game' option. I haven't met anyone who has chosen the 'end game' option so I don't really know what will happen. If the fact of post-suicide mission DLC can't get them to replay the final mission then should the devs really care?

I wonder if the players who don't get the DLC will just get default options in ME3.
