*sniffles* I just finished my suicide run... must've took me bout 19 hours roughly...

only 2 loyal were Garrus and Thane and my FemShep romanced Thane before sending him to his doom as diversion leader (she thought he would be good and would've learned from her by now).

The only funny thing that happened was... Miri survived as 2nd squadmate during the biotic stage... poor Grunt got taken away

Then for the final battle I had Jacob and Miranda with Mordin 'Holding the line'... or... not as he obviously didn't.

Was sad seeing a lifeless Miri it's the first time I've had her die on a playthrough.

Slightly disappointed that Shep didn't say anything to Thane when he died! Ok so the camera paused on her for a bit as she stood their looking a bit in shock, but... no parting words for the person she had fallen in love with

Course, that is the crazy thing about Miranda, because if my earlier test is confirmation, then there is no way to really kill a loyal Miri off other than to possibly have her as the only person Holding the Line.

Next playthrough is going to be my "everyone survives but only 4 loyal" attempt. Gonna be Miri, Tali, Samara and Mordin as my loyalists. It's another FemShep so no Miri-mance again, they going to remain faithful to Kaiden so no ME2 LI at all (well, obviously seeing as I got no LIs loyallisted )

Will try get some of the new pics I took up later on, need to go sleep now as it nearly 6am lol

I dunno, I just think it will be better in the end. Sort of stretching it out over a longer time so the end-result (the sex <_<) will seem more rewarding and culminative.

That's IF it goes the way you want it to.

Me, on the other hand, will know for sure that my romance with Miranda will probably only build from where we left off in ME2.

I can confirm you can call her up after the mission if you turn her down right before the Omega 4 relay movie plays

I agree with you on this, I started a new playthrough and I decided that I'm going to take it slow with the dialogues with her to make the relationship seem more  natural. And since we are (or were) on the topic of the conclusion to the romance, I also wish that if they needed a sex scene, it should have been done in a less...I dunno, steamy fashion and more of a romantic one, along the lines of one of the scenes from the original ME.

I suppose you could also get her killed via being the random swarm victim but I've never seen this happen or heard of it happening to anyone else. Anyone know if a loyal Miranda can be the swarm victim ?

In other news, I have an announcement. I shall be doing an ME fan fiction. All you other people have forced me to do so. My fanfic, however, will be more of a sub plot for ME3 and may not mention the Reapers much. It will be Miri/Shepard (that's why the announcement is here). I have formed a decent beginning and (hopefully) a decent ending for this fic.

Production on said fic will begin tomorrow when my head isn't pounding, when my nose isn't stuffy, and when my fever is gone!

This has been a public service announcement from KalenNighteyes, local ME2 fan and Miranda/Yvonne crazy.

Yup as i stated earlier. It's generally a common fact that the 2nd squadmate is the swarm victim (unless you restart, in which case they sometimes get swapped). Last playthrough Jack was 2nd squadmate, with Grunt as 1st and Jack got took, this new playthrough different shep, Grunt as 1st and Miranda as 2nd squadmate, Grunt got took.

Someone else posted a video a while back where the game glitched and Miranda got took by the swarm but it should've been Grunt whom mysteriously vanished during the cut-scene, the thing was, both characters survived lol although Grunt never appeared in any further cut-scenes.

Also confirmed once again that it is 1st squadmate shep slides after as I put Miranda as 1st squadmate in final battle and it was Miranda my FemShep saved... well for all of a couple of seconds before the next cut-scene kicked in with Miranda and Jacob lying dead as dodos

So basically only way a loyal miranda could die I reckon is if she was on her own in the door defence bit. Otherwise she'll live as it seems she is indestructible everywhere else, unless non-loyal in which case she can obviously die during the final battle.

And I know a few other girls that would have done the same...When she resigned from Cerberus there should've been the option for a long and very inappropriate makeout scene.

LuxDragon is basically writing a novelization of ME 2. He's done up to (and finished) Freedom's Progress.



I think Kabraxal is doing something, but apparently we shouldn't hold our breath because it will probably be at least a few weeks.
