As much as I adored the Wienerlicious outfit and adore the Orange Orange outfit it is too bad she didn't make her cover in the Nerd Herd.

She can't be TOO important to the story because she might be dead. As for Lazaris, for all anyone reacts to his death, Shepard might as well be in a coma. Why kill him? Also, several of the CN stories deal with a legal case arguing about how human you have to be to be human. Shepard clearly isn't fully human anympre. My guess is that Shep has some Reaper tech in him.

Considering how hard it is to kill Miranda in the endgame, I've been playing with the possibility that the fact we can kill her at all might be a bug. Wishful thinking, probably. Even so....

The other possibility: if she dies, she gets her own Lazarus project, with more Reaper tech involved this time, making her Shepard's hidden adversary in ME3.

I am not a big fan of having to go back and deal with Lazarus project stuff.  If there were any negative effects good storytelling demands they be delt with in ME2 or an expansion/DLC.

I certainly hope Miranda's father and her sister feature in the future.  But content like that is stuff Bioware is likely to cut first.
