Exactly. The dialogue presents Miranda as one thing, the visuals as something else. I've quietly put Miranda in armor and a more practical uniform in my own stories. Hope no one minds. When Miranda "dresses to kill" it should be for effect and make people sit up and take notice.

Just what you've already read. I'm trying to finish up the conclusion by the ebd of the day, but I had to do some major revisions.

I just wanted to say that I started watching Chuck because of Miranda/Yvonne, just like I started BSG for EDI/Tricia and Bailey/M. Hogan and I'm addicted.



The show is AWESOME and my god, Yvonne is just so pretty.

I wouldn't say that 700+ pages is slow guys, but sometimes I have to take a break from here (not this thread, but the forums in general). I post more during the actual work week because it beats having to actually work...on the weekends I like to relax tho and play a few games or go out. Anyways, good morning to all of you and I hope you're all doing well.

It has slowed down in the last week.  The post rate seems to have tumbled to me anyway.

I've cut a lot of the worst stuff, and I've almost decided that this will not be the end. No need to be scared. But I did feel the need to write a story where the fact that Miranda is a willfully blind member of a terrorist organization front and center.

That is an interesting angle, but I think there is a good reasn she blindly follows Cerberus...she even says so herself. They have done a lot more for her than even her own "father". Put in the same situation I can't say that I wouldn't be loyal/protective of an organization that has looked out for me for the better part of my life. But, as always, I look forward to your story!

I just wish BioWare would hint at/release some more info...its hard to discuss stuff when everything has already been talked about. Every once in a while we come up with a fresh topic, but it tends to get buried fairly quickly.

@MA: Yeah, hopefully the Kasumi DLC will give us something new to talk about. Even if there's no new dialogue for her, at least there will be new screenshots to come out of it.
