Considering Shepard's "rebuild" I wouldn't be surprised if he made it past 150, seems like he got some upgrades.

I think you might be right about this, quess we will have to wait untill ME3.

In ME: ascension, doesn't it say the average human life spam is 150? I'm kind of jumping in here, but really, when she says she should live half again as long as the average person, she's really saying she should live to be 225?

right?

I should point out that I was very tempted to make a reference to a certain typo that you made back in the old thread, but I didn't for fear of you or anybody else not remembering it.

Yeah, it's after his loyalty mission - you have to ask him about Collector culture and it had me laughing first time I saw it. It's on youtube -

It was a theory about shepard, not miranda...
I know about miranda's lifespan, but shepard got revived (or ressurected if you will), it wouldn't be a surprise at all if in this process he got upgraded a little so his lifespan would be increased along with some extra features.

Ok, I shouldn't have asked. Not only did it confirm that most of those people don't understand the simple concept that age and maturity are 2 very different things, but I also stumbled upon something I had until now purposefully avoided.................

Shepard says "we're lucky if we reach 150". That doesn't imply that 150 is the average lifespan. My guess would be that the average lifespan of an ME human from a developed country (plenty of places on earth still have 21st century tech and medicine) is around 120ish. On that model Miranda - tailored as she is - would probably live to around 180.

Bout a good rough estimate - though we don't know how far medicene will advance with the arrival of humans into the space-faring game. It'll be interesting - I'm sure with breakthroughs such as the Lazarus project - we might eventually get ourselves to the point where we live half as long as Asari.

Though who'd want to do that? Like someone said, "Knowing that our time is short - we use that to our advantage - and make the most out of our lives."
