the best part of that is the word "mirivonne" - awesome.

That's long established, IIRC. I like it too, but not necessarily what it stands for - I tend to separate them more in my mind.

Damn it! Don't sneak up on my like that!

Anyway, I have another couple of sigs made that will hopefully meet your requirements.

Again, I will make more soon. I'm running a bit short of ideas. That's the problem with sigs, so little room for innovation.

hmm separating them isn't hard for me, maybe because miranda is quite a... different... character, from what you normally see (not physically but personality-wise).

I don't like the conflation either. I'm here for Miranda and have minimal interest in Strahovski.

Exactly. But sometimes I get the impression there are people here for whom it's not so clear. That's why I, while liking the sound of "Mirivonne" - it really sounds like a name a woman could have - I'm somewhat uncomfortable with what it stands for in this particular context.

BTW, here's another screenshot of Miranda in motion. I don't think I've posted this one yet - it's on Tuchanka, getting out of the shuttle:

I remember that shot. Still gorgeous, though.

One thing I've never really seen discussed is, assuming Lazarus didn't change this, is that Miranda will live significantly longer and appear to age slower than Shepard. It's not as pronounced as Shepard/Liara would be, but it's there. Eventually (40 years or so), she'll be able to pass as his daughter. How do they deal with it? Does it cause tension?

Hey Jedi! Don't think you missed much to be honest. I posted a few new forum images on the last page, but nothing to get excited about, lol.

Good day, Mirandites.

I bring greetings from the Tali thread, as well as good tidings. Bioware is considering romance DLC.

http://kotaku.com/54...se-romance-pack

Naturally, such a romance pack would include both Tali and Miranda, and thus leaves our respective bases in a situation of agreement- this pack would be epic.

Thanks for bringing this information to light. I agree it would be epic but the reactions of the docs make me rise an eyebrow. It can't seriously be the first time they've heard of 'romance DLC'. :?

i think their reaction is more along the lines of "yeah we know and there are plans to do something like that *wink wink*" than genuine "oh that's a good idea, nobody ever thought of it before.."

It's possible, but you're talking about increasing his life expectancy by 50%. There would have to be one heck of a medical advance. Besides, I find it more interesting and romantic for them to realize this and decide that "it's worth it."

As part of my transcribing efforts, I went and posted Oriana's email in the discussion group. It may come of use one day.

Trolling is an art to which I can only claim the barest of proficiency.

Miranda is an excellently developed character as well who gave me a fifteen minute series of loading and reloading because I didn't know who I wanted to be with. In the end, Tali won out, but it was a slim margin. I can respect your choice of Miranda.

We'll try and keep you informed of any new developments in this, and can we trust you to do the same? A romance pack would benefit all of us, not one group. And should we be forced to besiege Bioware to get the romance pack, it'd be far more effective to have all groups represented, not just one.

No problem Sky, if we see anything first, we'll be sure to let you guys know. ;)

The good news here is, even if the romance DLC never happens, it's very encouraging to know that BioWare understand how much the romances mean to their fans. It makes me very optimistic for some solid Miranda/Tali etc content in ME3.

Assuming the cybernetics haven't changed his aging then it would be interesting to see how the relationship would develop... but I think the cybernetics have changed him irrevocably. As has been mentioned earlier, I'm slightly disappointed that the subject of what Shepard is hasn't been touched on. If we take it to extremes the cybernetics could've made Shepard the first immortal being. We just don't know.

I doubt Bioware could sustain a seige by all LI thread armies. It was only a 200 pages back where we found the location of Bioware on Google Maps... :bandit:
