I also prefer the white outfit. I stay with it when I play with male shep and use the black when playing with femshep. The black seems more tight though.

He began caring for her as soon as he saw her true side during her loyalty mission.. but I don't think he truly realized he loved her til she was sliding down the Collector platform - and he jumped to save her.

Not saying the jump made him realize - but rather how much his world would be destroyed if he lost this woman.

Mine was pretty much the same, but he started to realize that he loved her after he made her talk to her little sister and she talked to him back on the ship.

I would say the same thing. My Shepard probably still didn't like her until about halfway through her loyalty mission. He probably doesn't realize how strong his feelings towards her are until he's reflecting on why he jumped after her, and how impulsive and instinctual it was.

I will now share with you guys the some of the fanfic I have been drafting. Obviously it is a work in progress, so constructive criticism and thoughts are welcomed and encouraged
Mine starts off after the destruction of the Collector base. All the crew on the SR-2, including Shepard's squad, has survived. If you read Rath's first fanfic tease, mine starts similar to his, but ours are distinct from one another, do not fret, and enjoy

"Now exiting slipspace from the galactic core via the Omega 4 relay. Standby", EDI reported as Joker began to apply the brakes. A winded and exausted Miranda Lawson and John Shepard sat by the airlock, breathing heavily. Shepard and Miranda both managed to look up at each other, and a loving smile gleamed across their faces. For a moment, Shepard became ignorant to pain as he gazed at the woman he loved, both knowing everything would be alright. The moment was broken as the Normandy SR-2 exited the Omega 4 relay and reeled from slowing their speed of travel. "FTL drives nominal, Mass Effect fields at 100 percent. Everything looks solid." reported a satisfied Joker as he resumed to pilot the Normandy at normal speeds.
After the ship had settled, Shepard felt an agonizing pain in his leg. As he grimaced and yelled in pain, Miranda jumped up and examined him. Miranda, clearly concerned, found the wound; a piece of shrapnel had lacerated Shepard's right thigh, only inches from severing his femoral artery. Shepard was now bleeding profusely. "Don't worry Shepard, we'll get you down to the infirmary" reassured Miranda as Shepard slipped unconcious. Miranda called over Jacob, and together they carried Shepard on their shoulders down to medical.
Shepard awoke to Miranda looming over him, just as she had done when Shepard was in the middle of his reconstruction via the Lazarus Project. Shepard let out a long sigh and said, "Miranda." Miranda and Shepard both smiled as Miranda caressed his cheek. "Remember what I told you Shepard. I do damn good work" replied Miranda with a loving smile. Shepard then sat up and spotted Doctor Chakwas across the room. "Shepard, you suffered a laceration that nearly severed your femoral artery. I fixed you right up though, and your leg should be good as new in about a week. Whatever Cerberus put in you is speeding up your recovery process. It's a good thing you saved us, the crew, in time, otherwise you might be dead!". "Thank you doctor, I'm glad you're still on my crew." replied Shepard. He stood up, a little tenderly on his right leg, and limped out with Miranda.
Shepard and Miranda entered Miranda's office. The door automatically shut closed, and Miranda and Shepard immediately hugged, holding each other as tight as they could. Tears streamed from Miranda's eyes as she locked lips with Shepard's for a moment. They sat, and Shepard held Miranda's head in his arms ever so gently. "I was scared Shepard" quivered Miranda, "I didn't want to lose you, not after-". "It's alright Miranda" interrupted Shepard, "I'm here now. I told you I wouldnt die twice. I've never felt more joyed by seeing your face since I slipped in and out of conciousness during the Lazarus Project." "You really mean that." said Miranda, fighting back any more tears. "I love you John." Miranda whispered as she looked up at Shepard, and Shepard down at Miranda. He smiled, and once again they kissed, not wanting to depart from each other. Miranda rested her head again against Shepard's, and she closed her eyes. Shepard closed his eyes as well, and for now the couple rested in the comfort of Miranda's bed. Finally, the two had time to themselves as the Collector threat was now behind them and, for now, the Illusive Man's attention was directed elsewhere.....

As to when he loved her? I... really don't know. That's an interest angle to explore during my fic.



My more ambigous response would be that there was no specific time. Once Shepard loved her, does it really matter when? It could be when we woke up for the first time in 2 years and saw her smiling face, it could be during after her loyalty mission, if could be during their moment in the engine room.



Hmmm... This might take some thought.

Oh goodness. My Miranda sim is now pregnant........ Ashley married Jacob and Miranda keeps "WooHooing" with Shepard. I'm only playing as Shepard. The rest are all the computer..... What should I name the kid that comes from this joining? Shepard's wish list includes : "hopes for a girl" "listen to Miranda's tummy" and my person favorite of "feel Miranda's tummy" 
Oh how this game makes me giggle.
