Wow, how did I miss that?
I feel fine, I guess. Codeine works pretty well, but since this is my third operation I'm worried about the possibility of addiction. Not used to getting all euphoric out of nowhere as a side effect too.

@Vyn: Man, 3 operations. That sucks. I know what you mean about the painkillers though. I've had to have them more than a few times for knee injuries. I'm sure you'll be fine as long as you only take them when you really need them. It's never a fun feeling being drugged like that though. At least not for me.

@Breakdown: Thanks. =) I actually just read your second chapter. You write better than a lot of native English speakers I know, so well-done on that. I also really like the story itself so far. I thought the first line was especially brilliant. Really great job. I can't wait to read more!

Yep, 3 operations within 3 years which is uncommon for someone my age. Heh, Andy and Odin helped me feel better after the operation, especially when Odin told me about his sister. And I have to agree, its not a fun feeling even though I should be used to it by now with all the albuterol I've taken all these years.

I had an idea this morning that we should all try to get photos of our home cities, preferebly something unique to that city or town and then insert any image of Miri. Like a photo montage of Miri's return to Earth...what do you guys think?

Gah, I just got to a boss in FFXIII with over 2 million health...not in a mood to deal with that right now.



Anyway, I think Breakdown Boy's got an interesting idea, although I don't know if my hometown has anything interesting in it asides from the street that's basically all bars.

All I could get would be the beach... In the city I don't even live in, I could go for a Civil War Battlefield but thats just grass and a cannon if you're lucky  goodness I can't wait to move

It's pretty good, though they amp up the difficulty pretty quickly in the final disc. As for where I'm from, I'm from Bay CIty, Michigan...we've got bars and a river with so many chemicals in it I'm suprised the fish don't have a spare eye or an arm or something.

Yeah not only is it boring, but also no work... at least it's quiet here, we've got that going for us.
