Accents are learned though... I mean I speak with two natural accents: american and bastardised british accent... this comes from being raised all over the place.  So Orianna probably speaks with the accent her adopted parents have.  Most likely the father is Australian or has that accent.

I wonder who will voice Miri's father if he's in ME3...Shane Warne? Lol. (Don't think many of you guys in the US will get that, but Darth might...)

Seriously though, I wonder who would fit the part?

It depends on his age.

Maybe Shane Warne, depends if the tub of lard has much work on at the time.

Fat b*stard, but phenomenal spinner.  Truly great.

Who's the Australian guy who is in Lost sometimes? Plays Charles Widmore. He was in FotC too, lol. Maybe he could work?

@Raanz:

Nice picture of Miranda and Jack. Not to be a heretic, but you can see that Jack is really quite beautiful under all those tatoos and the over-applied lipstick. Not that this would make me want to romance her - for reasons already mentioned about 10 pages or so back - but it is remarkable.

Fortunately, I've always managed to resolve their conflict without offending any of them. Mysteriously, I had 80% Paragon and 55% Renegade when I did it, but the Paragon option was greyed while the Renegade was usable. Go figure.

In response to sniper's wall of text back on page 78 that I missed while sleeping...

That is my favourite theory in this thread so far. Discarding her sisters would explain both Miranda 'taking a shot' at him when she ran, and her going out of the way to save Oriana. All the loose ends would be tied.

Unfortunately, they have already used this plot device with Grunt. Damn, it would have fit Miranda so much better. Bio has a history of repeating themselves, though...

Niket did not know she was with Cerberus until recently. And he was pissed when he learned about it. It was one of the triggers that pushed him to turn on her. (that's just me nitpicking, it is not terribly relevant to the 'discarding his daughters' theory)

And hey, thanks for the wall of text. I personally think we need more of them, also I'm in the minority

Peace through superior firepower. Diplomacy is hard. Threats and looking being badass? Easy

I'm still of the opinion that is wasn't his damn business and that he shouldn't have felt "betrayed". That and he should've excerised some brains. If he DID succeed in kidnapping Oriana, no Paragon dialogue or interupt in the galaxy could save him from Miranda. I personally would've shot the guy myself if Miranda didn't beat me to it.

I always sided with Jack, and then followed with 'paragon make-up' option with Miranda. It made more sense, and I think it has better dialog.

In paragon option during the fight Shepard just goes in and spews some generic lines about unity and common goals. When siding with Jack and then later making peace with Miri, you can appeal to her best qualities - that she is, quite unlike Jack, reasonable and intelligent. It is way more personal.

I actually agree that it was not his damned business. So true. But people are people, and sometimes they meddle, and believe themselves to be right.

I can't let Miri shoot him... she still cares and it would kill something inside her.
