I made a new character (no internet connexion to make sure your online profile doesn't update).
Replace character picture in your folder Bioware\\DAO\\character (in user profile).
Wait until DAO update your profile.

Miranda in vampire version...
it's difficult for me to explain this, because I speak english like a Vorcha!
it's a choice inspired by one of the song of the album, above all for lyrics of the song.

You could try ImageShack. I haven't used it myself, but many pictures you see here are hosted there.
