For the Gears players... do I need to purchase map packs or is the default good?

Just wanted to make sure. I have no idea about this stuff. The only game I was ever consitently online with was Diablo/Diablo II.

For the bow, you hold down the trigger unti the line it emits is straight and starts to make a ticking noise, then you fire it. You need to shoot it within at least three seconds of the straightening/ticking or it auto-fires. Kinda tricky to use but once you get it down it's really deadly.

Is there a sniper rifle in this game? I have not seen one yet...

Edit: As for the bow being better, yes and no. Yes in that it's more powerful, practically guaranteeing a one hit kill. The Sniper Rifle is better in that you can actually zoom in with it, as it's name implies, and you aren't pressed for time when firing it. It's down to personal tastes in the end, however.

When I used to play GOW2 alot, personally I just got used to no sights on the bow. The power of the one-hit kill on lvl 50 horde for me made use the bow more often.

so when you do missions in ME 1, it doesn't matter what the outcome is, right? just as long as you complete them?

She'll push herself to function as normally as possible while trying to get things fixed at the same time. If her condition is invisible, she won't admit something's wrong with her for quite some time, if at all. This assuming that loss of a limb isn't a permanent condition in the ME universe.jtav wrote...
What if it were something long term, like chronic pain or loss of a limb? IOW, a long-term, but not necessarily permanent, disability?
Pardon the brainstorming.
