I've yet tp purchase any, I'd only do it if you're going to go all in and play it regularly. There are a good number of maps on the disc, and most of them are pretty good.

Just wanted to make sure. I have no idea about this stuff. The only game I was ever consitently online with was Diablo/Diablo II.

DAO is an insidious, villainous horror that sucks all life from the world!!!!

Okay, not really... I'm just addicted and have already amassed 10+ runs on it. Image IPB

For the bow, you hold down the trigger unti the line it emits is straight and starts to make a ticking noise, then you fire it. You need to shoot it within at least three seconds of the straightening/ticking or it auto-fires. Kinda tricky to use but once you get it down it's really deadly.

I learned, but I took one shotgun blast and a grenade to the face for my troubles Image IPB

Is there a sniper rifle in this game?  I have not seen one yet...

It's there, but in online deathmatch and such it seems to be rare. It doesn't bother me much as I'm a Lancer/Shotgun kinda guy.

Edit: As for the bow being better, yes and no. Yes in that it's more powerful, practically guaranteeing a one hit kill. The Sniper Rifle is better in that you can actually zoom in with it, as it's name implies, and you aren't pressed for time when firing it. It's down to personal tastes in the end, however.

When I used to play GOW2 alot, personally I just got used to no sights on the bow. The power of the one-hit kill on lvl 50 horde for me made use the bow more often.

Edit: goodnight guys!

Like I said, it really comes down to personal tastes, if you can get using the bow down, then it's awesome, but the rather limited ammo capacity compared to the sniper tends to make me to favor the sniper rifle.

Edit: Night firecleaner!

so when you do missions in ME 1, it doesn't matter what the outcome is, right? just as long as you complete them?

For matters of squadmate or completionist achievements, yes.

and why can't i find the last two keepers? LOL

Have a look at the maps in this game guide.

What if it were something long term, like chronic pain or loss of a limb? IOW, a long-term, but not necessarily permanent, disability?
Pardon the brainstorming.

She'll push herself to function as normally as possible while trying to get things fixed at the same time. If her condition is invisible, she won't admit something's wrong with her for quite some time, if at all. This assuming that loss of a limb isn't a permanent condition in the ME universe.

Need a little help to anyone that wants to give their thoughts

For the story I’m writing, I think I may want to do a talk between Jacob and Miranda before they head into the Collectors base nothing big since its before the mission. Would be something along the lines of Jacob seeing Miranda whispering in Shepard’s ear before they go down to the engine room and putting two and two together since I'm sure Mordin isn't in only one that knew of any crew relationships

Problem is I'm not 100% how a talk like that would go if I do it. Would Miranda see it as Jacob butting in to something not his business? As I’m in the club that Jacob had bigger feeling for Miranda then she had for him, would their be a bit jealous or regret with him or something? Or would it be just a friendly convo, him being happy for her?

I can't play ME1, it just runs so badly on my machine. It struggled ever since I installed Far Cry 2 on my PC, it seems like the supporting visiuel software of FC2 conflict with ME1, my ME1 looks really grainy and runs badly. Image IPB

But ME2 looks amazing and runs great. Image IPB

The game guide helps....
