Could the countdown timers on the websites be for the announcement of the romance pack dlc's for Mass Effect 2 and DOA? Seen an article where they were talking about it...but who knows?
Well C. Norman said on her twitter a couple weeks ago something about Thane and how the female shep's will be happy...I can't think that it would be a new outfit with cool shades? ME2 has been out about as long as DOA when they announce the expansion pack for it, so maybe a 1st expansion pack for ME2 and a second for DOA.

She didn't mention Thane. She said that it would make fem Sheps happy, but once the Kasumi mission was revealed, she told everyone that was the mission she said would make fem Sheps happy, though I don't know why.netwitbrian wrote...

It could be an expansion pack, but then it wouldn't really make sense for it to be on the DAO site also. It's been known that Bioware has had a "new next gen game" in the works for quite some time, but nothing has been revealed about it yet. I'm hoping that's what it's all about.

Thane now has alternate clothing and Christina's tweet about the femsheps being happy is referring to Kasumi DLC which is due April 6th. The countdown has nothing to do with either.netwitbrian wrote...

I'm hoping for DLC or expansions for ME2 or DAO but realistically its more likely the announcement on what Bioware has secretly been working on for a while.

Oh I saw that, it was very confusing. I think we need to introduce a "only 1 member can change their pic per day" rule.
On another note, I'm very proud that you're playing DAO. Enjoying it?

Edit: You ninja'd me. Didn't see your other question. But yes. I like it quite a lot. It's been some time since I've played a proper RPG so I'm a bit out of practice. And I'm forcing myself to play with a female character even though I usually go with males. It's actually kind of made it more immersive for me. Or maybe I'm just tired.

"Hmm. I'm looking forward to that romance DLC...."

"If ME3 missions are as linear as ME2's the Reapers will see through our strategy in a nanosecond. Let's not go there."

"So, you think the Firewalker DLC is really exciting? Start again!"

"Open that damn door! I've not spent years becoming one of the best only to be sidelined in ME3."

"Relax.....go to sleep....when you wake up you will know exactly what to include in ME3..."

BTW, has anyone interesting happened? Skimming the recent pages has brought mostly Chuck comments and disappointment with the Firewalker missions. Why do Bioware always have to go all-out with their changes? The Hammerhead would be very nice with a few planets with ME1-style exploration. Vehicle = nice. Missions = meh.

It does take awhile to get adjusted to, with the slow feel to the combat and stuff. The good thing about playing as a female is you still get to romance Leliana, I think...I wouldn't know.
