I would certainly support this. I'm fairly certain it will happen, hard to imagine the devs would go through the trouble of making Liara the only unkillable NPC in the series only to give her a bit part in the final act. In any event, I support her return as a squadmate and romance in ME3.

Way to start a new one. Supporting Liara forever... although she is pretty much coming back, so there is really no worries.

Well, Shepard and Liara have a ton of stuff to work out. I think they only way to do it justice would be for her to spend a considerable amount of time with the Commander on the Normandy.



While I think the initial stages of the two finding out where their relationship is at should have definitely been in Mass Effect 2 (it's kind of crazy that wouldn't come up with the subtext of Shepard going on a suicide mission), there's a lot of potential for the DLC and sequel.



Perhaps she can move into the captain's cabin once the Shadow Broker is taken care of.

Agreed, despite our desire for her in ME3 there is an even larger need for her to be properly explored in ME2 Expansions.  BW needs to make this happen.

Now i support this, that would be so cool if she permanently hangs around in your cabin, not simply for kissing/making love, but also for regular talking. That would really feel like your in a serious relationship.

I don't think they locked it. But lets keep this one going strong. I will let you all know, that we have no reason to worry about her coming back, so the focus of this thread should just be (pretty much what it's been) a thread about just adoring and admiring Liara and talking about her pending future roles in DLC and ME3. I love you guys, lets stick together and be supportive of others. The last thing we should be known as is imature and trollish.

I want to apologize to this group too. I've been involved in a few LI battles on these boards. I didn;t start them, but I sure did finish them and I don't want to give us a bad name. So please accept my apology and lets get back to adoring that lovely blue angel of ours...

As for her pending role I can see 2 things happening.

I actually think the least likely is that she will be an actual squadmate.  Still a possibilty I suppose.

I think it is more likely they are going to push her into being the new Shadow Broker and that she will serve as an NPC contact in ME3.  Let BW know just how much this would suck and be totally lame.

To add to that, you would be in the blood vessels of that big nasty Human Reaper. If I was her and you told me that, I would put you in a tea cup and personally hand you to the collectors. Then see who would be mad and angry then, lol.
