Miranda falls in love with Shepard though, the whole "promise me you'll came back" statement.  She even resigns from Cerebrus if you ignore TIM.  Cerebrus was her whole LIFE, for her to do that is a big deal.  Miranda also has no fear, as you can see when Jack confronts her.  She doesn't back down and she makes it very clear that Shepard is HERS and HERS alone if you romance her, as she says as much.  One possessive girlfriend versus an Asari with a vendeta...good times!!!

Oh, I agree.  I didn't romance Miranda (my canon shep is female, and wouldn't have anyway due to Liara), but I actually liked her a lot.  I hope she's available as a squadmate in the next game.  And I know she can fall in love with shep.  I'm just saying there isn't much conflict on who brought you back to life because they did it for such different reasons.  I'm not saying there wouldn't be a conflict based on you having romanced both of them.

And yes, it would be fun to watch what happens in that case.

Well, if you believe in story "canon". I think BW thinks of it as Shep and Liara in ME!, Then Shep and Miranda in ME2...with at least Miranda flirting. The Miranda relationship is thrown at you...just ask Jacob.

Since we've finally hit this milestone, I was wondering why earlier Liara threads had been shut down.  I don't want to open old wounds and get this one shut down too, but if someone could explain why previous Liara threads were shut down while other fan threads continue to grow, I'd appreciate it.

You know I was just thinking. The Reapers left the Keepers behind. Who is to say they didn't leave the SB behind as well....to collect info for easy access for them. The SB could even be unaware reapers are harvesting his knowledge.

I meant my own personal canon, not anyone else's.  I have a main playthrough that I consider more important than the others, and its always the first one I do.  Its my canon game and my canon shep.

I think S. Woo just decides to lock whenever he deems the get too large and unmanageable. Its hard to read through 100-1000 pages. It may also hog more memory whne "active" I dunno bout that though.

Either because they want to annoy us even more. Or because the Liara threads are the only ones important enough to them to take any notice of. Pick your choice.

By the way, which wiki were someone referring to? As I said, I have little interest in comics as a medium, but I sure would like to know the story they've come up with. Especially since they denied it to us in the game.

He doesn't think a body is anything important or that teh collectors could use it for anything. he also doesn't care if the reapers and the collectors are working together or not. Then he threatens to have his men torture Liara and Feron for info....then she shreds all of the equipment.....with her awesome biotics.

/shrug Never romanced Miranda, she just came off as a very generic character to me.  The can react however they want, though Liara would totally give Miranda the smackdown if it came to blows.

for me: possible but unlikely: we will kill SB in Liara DLC and never hear of him/her more...
