There's a technical support e-mail address you can use. You can navigate to the web page from the main Mass Effect website. It's at the bottom, under Help. It may be a labyrinthine process, but...here we are.
i am not wasting my time on it , i know i wont hear anything back , so i will email the dev's on here till i get somthing back or i will sue for property damage. simple as that

here
You have an EA account anyway, and when the problem is not there in the list you can login and ask them.
I got a reply within a day with my ME 1 problem. This is another story however..<_<

It is EA's duty to provide support. BioWare just points you to EA when technical problems are considered.

On this support site I sent the link to? If you mean this, then yu just have to click on "My questions" on the left side (log in if you are not logged in) and then create your question.

Do you have an EA account? If not, did you create one?

You can call EA. Not sure if this will help, but it is worth a try if you haven't already done so.

Here's an interesting question, for those who didn't romance anyone in ME1 and ME2, do you think they'll re-open the Liara romance for them? Like have Liara say "I know you just wanted to be friends, but I can't take this any longer... I've loved you for 3 years, and I can't stop thinking of you. If telling you this ruins things, then fine... but I can't keep going on like this any longer.."
Per Sunnie and...I honestly don't think there's a single person who has gone both games without romancing someone...

Well, I agree, but I'm thinking more of what Bioware would do for the default Shepard, since default has no romance.

Well, kinda like what Sunnie says, that can serve a dual-purpose: reaffirming the Shep/Liara romance as well as opening it up for the default players.
