Yeah, I called them, I know I'm a baby, but I hate snakes......they said it was harmless, and took it away.

it's better be safe than sorry... and when comes to snakes... extreme cautious is more than advised.

Very true, and many harmless snakes uses camouflage to look as deadly poisonus snakes to fool potential attackers.
 
But on the first eye sigh you can't be 100% sure if such snake is not killer so it's better to call authorites and let them deal whit unwelcomed guest .

Why do I have to say it?  Don't feed the troll means 'totally ignore him and call the mods'.  It doesn't mean 'mock the troll', they get off on that sort of thing. (definition 7a in the Free Online Dictionary, as opposed to definition 5, which is mine.)
