Oh, I'm not the one to talk to. I started with ME2 so I started with the hardest then went to ME1 and was like "Liara is pure awesomeness!"  So I'm very optimistic about the situation, I believe we'll get some closure(can't spell:P) in ME2 with the Liara DLC, but won't have her back until ME3.

So I can't exactly fell your pain, but try to stay optimistic mmmmmmkay:)
