Edit: Apparently Evil Chris has been "dropping mad hints" about something (possibly DLC?). http://social.bioware.com/46/

BioWare are sort of over-doing the "rogue AI wants to kill all humanz" story.

Edit: Also the article Shatner posted says that there won't be any more squadmates in the future.

I don't really recall, but wasn't one of the N7 missions in ME2 destroying an AI that had gone rogue? I think it used Mira from Noveria in ME1 as it's avatar.

The soon to come dlc looks like a few missions , what they are is anyone's guess i thinks >.<
I agree with this. It definitely means no more permanent squadmates that you can take with you through the whole game, but it doesn't necessarily preclude a temporary squadmate/partner.LesEnfantsTerribles wrote...

I took that to mean there won't be any more permanent squadmates, which doesn't surprise me. The Normandy is now full.
Temporary squadmate status for Liara and/or the surviving Alliance soldier is still a possibility.
