You could use Photoshop (which costs $$$$$$$$$$$$) or GIMP, which is FREE!!

GIMP is a very good program for being free(grammar check?)
A little sample, lighting, blured edges, and cropping/scaling all done with GIMP:




I have a lot more done too, but I stick with very little editing to pictures:P

They had a job to do. Shepard needed to maintain authority and not let what ever feelings s/he had interfere.
That one, slightly lengthy stare they share as Shepard says "Liara, go. Now." said everything there needed to be said, I think. Show, after all; don't tell.

Now, the fact that the rest of their interaction is a sorry mess is another story.

Sorry, I should have been more clear. On the hole the scene wasn't *that* bad. It probably would have been more of a powerful, emotional scene if the the rest of the Liara interaction wasn't so horrible. But the rest of the Liara interaction *was* horrible so it seems to add to the pile.

Ok, well I'm off to the movies so, see everyone later!

Ya I just started using it a couple weeks ago, but I'm a pretty fast learner:P

I also have been taking 3 years of architecture classes in H.S....not sure if that helps...

I'm almost completely computer illiterate  I can use word, spreadsheets and play games  That's about all.

I'm okay with computers...if I want something done I can do it(just takes a long time everyonce in awhile).

But yeah, I'm pretty much all AutoCad and Revit; I can design buildings, not draw people:P
