haha I'd literally LMAO if there was a scene where Shepard is .....uh in some base......and presses a few buttons to see what this base was originally built for and the base goes into lockdown and he can't get out. Then Liara is conveniently nearby, receives the distress call (jamming devices of the base destroyed/ineffective) and rescues Shepard.

"huh...and here I thought you'd have learned not push buttons randomly in unknown bases and ruins...you know, from Therum? " *smile*

Yeah, I'm holding off playing my latest Shep import until (hopefully) we get some Liara related XPac or DLC.  I imported her just to see the opening portion, though.



I think it's cute how Shep touches Liara's arm (as the Normandy asplodes around them).

Anyway. Just brought and finished KOTOR, good game IMO.

But does anyone else see the potential in a toture scene like the one on the Levianthan? It's pretty simple. Have Shepard and 2 squadmates (preferably LI and/or best friends) get captured by whoever the reapers agents are in ME3. Then depending  on your choices. It could be Shepard or one of his squadmates that gets roasted until the merry band of heroes tell them whatever information they have.

If done well enough, then it could be powerfull scene. But i don't know how awful it must be to see Garrus,Tali or Liara getting beaten to near death.

Just a small thing i wondered about.

I agree. It would be awful to see anything bad happen to Liara.

The potential is always there, but I doubt they'll do it.  Since there are now 9 LIs, I doubt the romance subplot would figure heavily into or affect part of the main plot, like it did in KOTOR (with only two major LIs).

Hey...think i finished those two...am not really happy with how Liara turned out...but I think I'll stick to that now. Its my first time digital drawing so I gotta say stop at sometime! ... Anyway...gonna add some ME related Background and then its finished

Yay! Glad to see someone appriciate my ideas! 

But it could be an awesome scene. The difrent squadmates could have difrent reactions to the whole ordeal. Would Garrus be able to keep his "mission comes first" attitude if his good ol" commander is totured? How will Liara react if innocent lives will be lost because the commander gave away information and now endagered some planet or other in order to stop her being totured?

I do wonder what Samara would think of Liara? I think Samara would respect Liara for what she is doing presently....putting her life on hold to stop the Shadow Broker and right some injustice.

They'd all have the same, generic reation...'Oh noes, the Commander is being tortured!'.  The Mass Effect series is now big on shooting, not so big on dramatic storytelling.
