Soo...I will try to discuss Liara so this thread doesn't get closed down due to OT'ness.
You guys remember Liara T'Soni right? Most of us romanced her and or enjoyed having her as a squadmate in ME1. Most were dissapoint that we couldn't continue hanging out with the awesome archaelologist in ME2.
Oh yeah, and hopefully we will get some much anticipated DLC news at E3 which is coming up very soon.
Will you guys go crazy if they do not announce any Liara related dlc? I will be a bit p.o'd but at the same time I don't want to get my hopes up.

Still love her though.
And yes sorry for going OT.

I will be happy if they bring her back in some good DLC however Im more looking forward to them doing a GREAT job in ME3 and bringing her back as a squadmate and romance ^.^
I don't know if I can wait that long. I could try. I know others won't though. That's sad.
Bioware is missing an $$$opportunity$$$ if they don't release Shadow Broker dlc. It's talked about all over the place.

I confident about it. Mac Walters did say there was going to be DLC related to the comics sometime this year.Of course, that was summer of last year and things change.

true strike, doubt they would though. they didnt create her and give her such an important role in the mass effect games not to.. remember ME2 is the middle game. Like lord of the rings, it kinda goes unexplained and some things uncertain till the third came out. So there is a lot they could be planing or already have planed that we wont know about till ME3 and why they kept Liara shy of the team and all on ME2. More than likely leads to a much larger more important comeback in ME3 with say for example our Shepards rescuing her from her mission and she then rejoins the team and all...

Oh and don't forget about the "reward" that loyal players will get if they stayed faithful to their ME1 love interest. Please let it be more than just a few extra dialogue lines.

I'd rather she come in with a great, biotic, earthquake and rescue us. That's sexy.

I'm curious about our "reward". It has lots of potential. lets hope they use this potential to the best of their abilties and not half-ass it.
ha yeah I was "upset" with what happened in ME2 with her but like i said probably for the better to make a better ending with her and shep in ME3

Yep, the Shepard/Liara love story has the potential to be absolutely epic, and very deep, meaningful and very romantic. Lets hope BioWare follows through on that potential!
I imagine they will, if they didnt... well... lots of angry ppl. and they dont want that xD

I agree with what Les said earlier today. I don't really mind the direction they are taking her, I just wish they did a better job of it.
They could have the whole thing planned out, or they could be riding by the seat of their pants. I hope its the former.

However, I absolutely love the idea of Liara saving Shepard, or at least rushing to Shepard's aid when she finds herself in a difficult position. How awesome would it be if Liara swoops in just in time to stop Shepard being overwhelmed, and then the pair of them share a passionate kiss? Beautiful!
