Wow.  I can't remember if anyone ever posted this in here but this piece is absolutly astounding in its quality:

It's not Liara but it's still excellent!

That is an excellent piece of artwork indeed! Although it's not supposed to be Liara, I think that facially it does still resemble her due to the eyebrows and freckles.

Wonder if Liara will ever wear a midriff baring dress at some point? She might do so for Shepard!

I don't really want us to save Liara again. She's a much stronger and more capable and competant character than that, and I think it would be doing Liara a huge disservice if Super Shepard rides in to save the day. One thing that I did like when Liara deduces that Nyxeris is a double agent and working for the Shadow Broker is that Liara remains calm, and collected, and doesn't ask Shepard to rush back and help her out. She's capable of handling it by herself. If Liara had panicked, and begged Shepard to rush back and save her I would have hated that. Liara is a very strong person!

This.

IMO, full nudity is fine as long as it's very tastefully done, and remains true to both Shepard and Liara's respective characters. I'm not really interested in seeing Liara's bewbs or vooj, but a sensual picture that features nudity, and also depicts a scene that's very tasteful and romantic is not a problem with me.

EDIT: Having said that, I voted for topless, MDK. I think that would be the best for you, your artwork, and for Shepard and Liara's characters. If you do a piece that features full nudity, you're going to attract ALOT of a certain kind of internet user. It's best if your art and Shepard/Liara get the respect they deserve, and not have morons perving over them and leaving lurid comments.

Seeing how biotics are gimped in ME2. Anyone else afraid that Liara is gonna get screwed over when it comes to gameplay? The reason I'm afraid is because Samara's (you know, the biotic specialist) only saving grace was reave. And since storywise Liara's strenght also lies in biotics, she proberly gonna get filled with too many useless abilitys like pull and throw!

I would say if they go with the current system for ME3 its very likely that Liaras usefullness as a squadmate will suffer due to reduced number of abilities and I doubt they will give her Singularity and Warp as skills
Though in general I hope they will expand the skilltrees again for ME3 rather then setting Shepard back to Level one again, though given the "stand alone" crap thats also not impossible<_<

Can't say I would care. I would take her along even if she didn't know where to point which side of the gun.  The games are so easy, and the companions are not necessary in combat anyway, it doesn't matter. But even in a game like DA, where it does matter a lot, I only take along companions that like, and not because anyone could make combat easier.

I think Liara would really enjoy classical music, Tchaikovsky, Bach, that sort of thing.

That's what I was thinking too. She seems like a classical music kind of gal.

She knows about classical music at least, she mentions Aria in Redemption being human music or something to that effect.

Ah, that's a great picture! Liara has such a lovely smile.

Yep, Liara would love classical music. In terms of movies, I think she'd enjoy mysteries too. She'd enjoy working out the real killer or perpetrator before it's eventually revealed, as she's so intelligent like that!

Imagine Liara blurting it out halfway through the film, and spoiling it for everyone else who's watching. I can then imagine her quiet embarrassment. That would be so cute!

I agree with this.  The game is way easy (even on Insanity) I don't much pay attention to whom I bring.  If Liara is in ME3, I'll take her just b/c (and Ash too, if she's around).

Agreed. I'll have Liara in my squad at all times in ME3, regardless of her combat prowess. She's just that awesome, she'll be at my side anyway. Plus, ME2 was hard enough not having Liara there.

I do think that they'll boost biotics back up again in ME3, though. There have been quite a few complaints about how badly they've been nerfed in ME2, so I think BioWare will rectify this and power them up again in ME3.

I think Liara would enjoy mysteries as well, but only the old fashioned ones that give readers access to all the clues. She enjoys the puzzle solving and feels cheated if she can't play along.

Liara liking classical music? *steals for later use*

I wonder if there is a vid on youtube that only has the audio between her and Shepard?  Preferably Femshep for me because Ali Hillis and Jennifer Hale are music to my ears. <3  I'd make one myself but I am the biggest procrastinator in the world.  lol

If you just want all the audio (from ME1 and ME2) in an .mp3 file or something, I could do that.

Hm I hope they do boost the biotics for ME3 or in general rework and expand all of the trees somewhat again, personally I wouldnt be to sad if they throw out the armor powers again and replace it with something better and I dont know make them mods again or something
But as I said of course there is also the danger they will just go and reset Shepard yet again, how I have no idea since they already just death,I guess they have to use either the good old amnesia or some even more idiotic plot device

gameplay mechanics aside though if Liara should be a squadmate in ME3 I will take her with me all the time since, personally I prefer my Li at my Shepards side expiriencing the story together rather then having her sit behind a desk on some random planet

Definitely, jtav. Liara would love solving the mysteries and working out whoever the culprit or perpetrator was herself. She'd enjoy using her intelligence in that manner.

I hope you are right, aside from charge, most of the biotics lacked any real punch.

Okay what the F happend in my post? Why did it say all that?

Perhaps she would like "The usual suspects"?
