Aria as LI gotta imagine that... something just destroyed my picture of her....
I don't need the badass choice, Liara is badass enough. ^^

Well, that's hardly a very desirable function, considering she's vastly more good-looking at her actual age than that horrid alcohol-induced distortion.

I've never had much interest in Shiala (as an LI) for some reason...I do know she's popular though.

As that didn't turn out to be the case, we're left guessing and speculating. It's only vaguely touched upon by Liara when she says that she earnt a great deal of respect by assisting Shepard in stopping Saren and Sovereign. Other than that, it's a pretty large plot hole, IMO.

Aye. Had hoped Redemption went with the "Liara is working for TIM" theory. But since it had the next worst ending possible (the worst ending being Liara ending up with Feron ) all we got now is.

A. Huge plothole.
B. Liara's character being turned into some obsessed person who can't join up because she's too stuck up in her own vendetta! <_<

Well, first off, I sense Nozybidaj will be making a comment soon.

And second, I really think Feron should've turned out to be a Spectre that was investigating the Shadow Broker. For several reasons. The primary one of which being a sense that the Spectres take care of their own. Because excluding Nihilus, Saren and Shepard, I don't think there's been a single Spectre character.

And having Feron being a Spectre could've opened up several storytelling oppertunities that would have made Liara's reasons for not coming with Shepard much better. For instance, she could have had support and urging from the Spectres to investigate the Shadow Broker herself.

Missed oppertunities.
