I feel so utterly ashamed that I didn't get this immediately, like the rest of you guys did. I thought it was supposed to be the scene where you first meet Liara trapped in the Prothean bubble. For shame! Perhaps I'm not as big a Liara fan as I thought.

Yeah, well I agree it's implausible. And it would'nt exactly make for a good story twist, at this point.
The thing is, doing Evil!Liara manips is something I don't have to try very hard to get creative for.

A small piece of advice though, Indigo. You seem to be using the colour red alot for anything that's indoctrinated or related to the Reapers. The Reapers' signature colour is that neon blue shade. Look at the husks, and the lights in Sovereign. Look at the colour of Saren's implants. The colour of the Reapers is blue, not red.

While the reapers do use blue alot. They are seen to be using red/orange alot also in ME2 (harbinger possed collector, baby-reaper eye colours).

Thanks, but I know full well, and it has been bugging me. The thing is, it's hard to have that while not having it mix with paragon-blue. Not to mention Liara-blue. But I'll keep that in mind for future pieces.

/shrug The fact that it isn't entirely implausible at this point is the worst part about it. You can thank BW for the fact that people wanting her to turn evil can now consider themselves "Liara fans". Great job BW! <_<

I feel that turning Liara into something evil is the worst character assisination for her, and if BW does something like that with her in ME3, I will be done with the series at the end of ME2. Personally, I am getting so tired of games and movies using this good turnrd to evil plot twist. It's been over used and severely overdone now for a long time, and seems to be used in most of the crappiest movies made. These are all just my opinions...
