Jacobs loyalty mission is practically based on rape.
Unrelated but nearly an issue of redemption cant go by without Liara fending off rape or it being implied in some way.
There is probably more as well, but I cant remember.

I found that in ME 2 some renegade choices are easiest to "execute" than was in ME 1.
In ME 1 (at least for me) going renegade was not an option, but now in ME 2... Paragade make sense after all...
