Calling it a "train wreck" is still being very kind, I think! I think I'm going to start calling it "Rederption".

The artwork was pretty bad in the comic.
A plot could have been made out of it if it was written better. Almost like they assumed limitations because it was a comic. Thought it ended well though.

With or without Liara, the suicide mission is way too easy. You have to actively try to get people killed.
I wonder what Liara's recruitment mission will look like? I vote she rescues Shepard at some point, probably involving a very impressive display of biotics.

If Bioware can't bring back squadmates from ME2 because they could die, then we won't get Shiala. Thus EVERYONER SHOULD COME BACK!!!!!!!

Add Legion to my list as well. He is pretty awesome.
And I agree with Kraidy, the whole team should come back!
But Ecael had some good points as to hwhy most of them can't.
Luckily, Liara is the most likely to come back, since she is the only one that can't die, so, yay!

Back in the spoilers version of the powerpoint thread we had an argument about how easy it would be to implement the squadmates. However it would probably come down to contracts as well as gameplay progression.

I think Liara and whoever survives out of Ashley or Kaidan is a given in terms of ME3 squadmates, but beyond that everything else is very much up in the air.
