That's good news then. Doesn't mean they're going to give ME 3 and DA 2 the time a good game needs, but at least we can still hope.

Realistically, ME3 should be about the impending war against the Reapers, and stopping them. The fact that we still don't know of their origins, their motives, their true nature and how to properly defeat them whilst heading into the third and final game is worrying.
There's a chance there may be too much to handle in ME3, even without the Liara/Shadow Broker plot.
