I really like that second pic of Liara!



As for the line art...it looks good so far. The gun looks great. I just wonder if you should draw the bottom part of her right leg and foot a bit bigger. I know it's supposed to be smaller due to perspective and all, but it just looks a bit too small to me.

The thing that stands out to be is that left arm look like it's placed too high on the torso. And the right shin looks too short for the perspective from which it's drawn. And the fingers on the right hand holding the gun barrel look... hmm, flat-ish.

That's fine. I've already figured out my audience is...limited. You guys are actually taking it better than the Miranda thread. Now, if my copy of Redemption would finally show up...

It's not that I wouldn't like Miranda. She's the only LI in ME 2 of any interest at all to me in ME 2, and one of the few companions I can relate to. It's just that my canon is Shepard and Liara, and I don't really care for stories that go against this. Same reason I almost certainly wouldn't watch that movie if it featured Shepard.

Like I said, it's fine. I knew going in that I'd have a small audience because it isn't Shepard/Liara or Shepard/Miranda.You're not the only one who doesn't want to read stories that violate your personal canon. I don't read Shepard/Garrus for the same reason.

Hello, guys.



If what I have written is off-topic, please don’t kill me (lol)



I was musing over possible scenarios for ME 3 when I remembered a scene from the game “Starcraft: Brood Wars”. Contained within was a letter an officer planned to send to his wife. This got me thinking: what if Shepard feels he won’t return (even though we players know there’s a 50:50 chance he would)? How would he express the feelings he had towards Liara for one last time?



Below are the results of my thoughts.





My dearest Liara,



By now, the report of the Normandy’s elopement would have reached Illium. The Reapers’ advance still continues and all of our efforts to stop them so far have resulted in failure.



Whatever news you may hear over the next few months, there is one thing I need you to understand: I love you. I always have … and what I am about to do, I do for you of all people in the galaxy.



I will be honest with you … you may never see me again, Liara.



Should that come to pass, tell the others of our sacrifice and treasure the memories we have shared together preciously.

so it happened *don't kill me* i've ordered DAO over net, as after playing on my neighbours borrowed copy i romanced Leeliana, and must tell her personality is similar to Liara in some situations
